Abstract

Saugmodul zum Betrieb einer brennkraftmaschine. Es wird ein Saugmodul (3) für ein Kraftfahrzeug vorgeschlagen, mit einem ersten Volumen, in dem sich über eine Einströmöffnung (4) angesaugte Luft sammelt, einem zweiten Volumen in dem sich die Luft verteilt und das zu den Einlassventilen führende Ansaugkanäle (5) enthält, einem Gehäuse das die beiden Volumina umgrenzt und einer Drosselvorrichtung (8). Erfindungsgemäss umfasst die Drosselvorrichtung (8) ein Trägermodul (9) und ein zugehöriges Drosselelement, welches zwischen dem ersten und dem zweiten Volumen des Saugmoduls (3) angeordnet ist. Anwendung in Kraftfahrzeugen, insbesondere Personenkraftwagen.

Description

Saugmodul für eine Brennkraftmaschine
Die Erfindung betrifft ein Saugmodul für eine Brennkraftmaschine gemäß dem Oberbegriff des Anspruchs 1 sowie eine Brennkraftmaschine gemäß dem Oberbegriff des Anspruchs 10.
Aus der Offenlegungsschrift DE 4403219 ist ein vorfertigbares Saugmodul für eine Mehrzylinderbrennkraftmaschine bekannt. Das Saugmodul umfasst ein geteiltes Gehäuse bestehend aus einer ersten Schale mit einem Lufteinlass und einer zweiten Schale, die ein Ansaugrohr aufweist, das in ein Luftsammelkanal mündet. Aus diesem Kanal führen Ansaugkanäle zu den Einlassventilen der Brennkraftmaschine. Zur Kraftstoffeinspritzung in den durch die Ansaugkanäle gesaugten Luftstrom, ist an jeder Auslassöffnung der Ansaugkanäle innerhalb des Gehäuses ein Einspritzventil eingepasst . Um das Saugmodul möglichst einfach und kompakt auszubilden, ist in dem Modulgehäuse ein Ansaugluftfilter angeordnet . Die beiden Schalenteile sind abdichtend verklebt oder verschweißt .
Aufgabe der Erfindung ist es demgegenüber, ein Saugmodul der eingangs genannten Art zu Verfügung zu stellen, das eine verbesserte Befüllung der zu den Einlassventilen führende Ansaugkanäle ermöglicht.
Diese Aufgabe wird durch ein Saugmodul mit den Merkmalen des Anspruchs 1 und einer Brennkraftmaschine mit den Merkmalen des Anspruchs 10 gelöst. Das erfindungsgemäße Saugmodul zeichnet sich dadurch aus, dass eine Drosselvorrichtung ein Trägermodul und ein zugehöriges Drosselelement umfasst, welches zwischen einem ersten- und zweiten Volumen des Saugmoduls angeordnet ist. Das Saugmodul ist demgemäss aus drei wesentlichen Elementen aufgebaut, einem Gehäuse, das mindestens zwei Teilen aufweist, und der Drosselvorrichtung. Die Drosselvorrichtung ist so in dem Gehäuse angeordnet, dass zwei im wesentlichen getrennte Volumina entstehen. In dem ersten Volumen sammelt sich über eine Lufteintrittsöffnung des Gehäuses angesaugte Luft, die über die Drosselvorrichtung in das zweite Volumen strömt. Die Drosselvorrichtung ist aus einem Trägermodul und einem darauf angeordneten Drosselelement aufgebaut . Die Ansteuerung des Drosselelements erfolgt auf mechanischem Weg oder über elektrisch angesteuerte Stellmotoren, die vorzugsweise auf dem Trägermodul mit angeordnet sind.
Auf Seite des zweiten Volumens weist das Gehäuse Ansaugkanäle auf, welche die angesaugte Luft über die Einlassventile zu den Brennräumen führen.
Die Ansaugkanäle sind vorzugsweise zur Schwingrohraufladung genutzt .
In Ausgestaltung der Erfindung sind auf dem Trägermodul zwei oder mehr Drosselelemente angeordnet . Bei Brennkraftmaschinen mit hoher Zylinderzahl und der Verwendung einer Drosselkappe sind die Abstände der Ansaugkanäle zu der Drosselklappe unterschiedlich groß. Hieraus folgt eine ungleichmäßige Füllung der Ansaugkanäle und der in Strömungsrichtung danach angeordneten Brennräume. Dies führt zu einer schlechten Leistungsausnutzung und schlechten Abgaswerten der Brennkraftmaschine . Der auf dem Trägerelement zu Verfügung stehende Bauraum ist vorteilhaft nutzbar für eine Anordnung mehrerer Drosselelemente. Die Anordnung von mehreren Drosselklappen reduziert Querschnittsverengung und die damit verbundenen Drosselverluste. Diese sogenannte mehrflutige Ansaugung über mehrere Drosselelemente führt desweiteren zu einer homogeneren Füllung der Brennräume durch Verminderung der Abstandunterschiede zwischen Drosselklappe und den Einlassen der Ansaugkanäle.
In weiterer Ausgestaltung der Erfindung ist das Drosselelement als elektrisch angesteuerte Drosselklappe ausgeführt. Die Drosselklappe ist ein scheibenförmiges Verschlusselement, das durch Rotation um seine Mittelachse den Luftmassenstrom reguliert . Die Drosselklappe bewirkt durch
Strömungsquerschnittsverengung eine Drosselung des Luftstromes. Steht die kreisförmige Fläche der Drosselklappe senkrecht zur Strömungsrichtung, so ergibt sich die maximale Drosselung, steht diese Fläche parallel zur Strömungsrichtung so ist die Drosselung minimal . Die Drosselklappe ist über einen Stellmotor ansteuerbar.
In weiterer Ausgestaltung der Erfindung sind jedem Drosselelement separate Ansteuermittel zugeordnet . Konstruktiv bedingte, unterschiedliche Abstände der Drosselelemente zu einer Lufteinstromoffnung des Saugmoduls erzeugen unterschiedliche Strömungsverhältnisse an den Drosselelementen. Dadurch sind die Luftmassendurchsätze der Drosselelemente unterschiedlich groß. Diese Unterschiede haben letztendlich eine inhomogene Füllung der Brennkammern zur Folge . Die separaten Ansteuermittel ermöglichen eine unterschiedliche Betätigung der Drosselelemente, wodurch eine inhomogene Füllung der Brennräume vermeidbar ist .
In weiterer Ausgestaltung der Erfindung stellt ein gemeinsamer Zentralstecker die elektrische Verbindung von einem Steuergerät zu den Drosselelementen her. Insbesondere bei Verwendung mehrerer elektrischer Stellmotoren, ist es aufgrund einer Montageerleichterung und der Vermeidung einer Verwechslung von Steckern vorteilhaft, die Verbindung der Drosselelemente zu dem Steuergerät über einen gemeinsamen Stecker herzustellen. Der Stecker ist entweder fest am Saugmodul oder an einem aus dem Saugmodul austretenden Kabelschwanz befestigt. In weiterer Ausgestaltung der Erfindung umfasst ein erstes Schalenteil das erste Volumen, ein zweites Schalenteil das zweite Volumen und das Trägermodul ist zwischen den Schalenteilen angeordnet . Dem ersten Schalenteil ist die Lufteinströmöffnung zugeordnet, das zweite Schalenteil umfasst die Ansaugkanäle zur Befüllung der Brennräume mit einem Luft- Kraftstoffgemisch. Das erste und zweite Schalenteil sowie das Trägermodul sind vorzugsweise in einem Gießverfahren aus einem metallischen Werkstoff oder aus Kunststoff hergestellt.
In weiterer Ausgestaltung der Erfindung weisen das erste, das zweite Schalenteil und das Trägermodul jeweils mindestens eine Flanschfläche auf, die Teile sind an den Flanschflächen zusammengefügt und über mindestens ein Befestigungselement zusammengehalten. Das Trägermodul weist einen umlaufenden Rand auf der beidseitig rundum mechanisch bearbeitet ist. Das erste und zweite Schalenteil weisen ebenfalls eine in Einbaulage dem Trägermodul zugewandeten Rand auf, der mechanisch bearbeitet ist. Das Drosselmodul ist zwischen dem ersten zweiten Schalenteil angeordnet, die Teile sind über mindestens ein Befestigungselement zusammengehalten, so dass über die Fügstellen keine Luft in das Saugmodul einströmen kann. Durch diese Anordnung ist das Saugmodul gut montierbar.
In weiterer Ausgestaltung der Erfindung sind das Trägermodul, das erste- und zweite Schalenteil lösbar mit Schrauben verbunden. Durch die Schraubenvorspannkräfte sind die Bauteile fest miteinander verbunden. Beim Auftreten von Fehlfunktionen des Saugmoduls, ist es vorteilhaft, wenn dieses demontierbar ist, Einzelbauteile auf ordnungsgemäße Funktion prüfbar und schadhafte Teile austauschbar sind. Dies setzt lösbare und wiederverwendbare Verbindungselemente zwischen den Komponenten des Saugmoduls voraus .
In weiterer Ausgestaltung der Erfindung sind im zweiten Schalenteil und/oder im Trägermodul Stutzen zum Anschluss von Unterdruckleitungen angeordnet . In dem Volumen des zweiten Schalenteils, das bezogen auf die Luftströmung stromabwärts den Drosselelementen nachgeordnet ist, herrscht starker Unterdruck. Dieser Unterdruck ist vorteilhaft für eine Bremskraftunterstützung, einen Regenerationskreislauf der Tankanlage oder sonstigen Funktionen nutzbar. Die Unterdruckleitungen sind auf die Stutzen gesteckt, die eine Verbindung zu dem mit Unterdruck beaufschlagten Volumen herstellen.
Die erfindungsgemäße Brennkraftmaschine mit V-förmiger Zylinderanordnung zeichnet sich durch die Anordnung eines Saugmoduls nach einem der Ansprüche 1-9 zwischen den Zylinderköpfen aus. Die Brennkraftmaschine zeichnet sich durch kompakte Abmaße aus. Der Bauraum ist durch die Anordnung der Drosselklappen im Saugmodul optimal ausgenutzt. Die kurzen Entfernungen der Drosselklappe zu den Ansaugkanälen im Zylinderkopf wirken sich positiv auf das Ansprechverhalten der Brennkraftmaschine aus. Darüber hinaus ermöglicht diese Lösung die Anordnung mehrerer Drosselklappen im Saugmodul . Die mehrflutige Ansaugung führt zu einer gleichmäßigeren Befüllung der Ansaugkanäle und der im Ansaugstrom nachgeordneten Brennräume. Dadurch erhöhen sich die Leistung und der Wirkungsgrad der Brennkraf maschine. Darüber hinaus sind die Abgasemissionen reduziert.
Weitere Merkmale und Merkmalskombinationen ergeben sich aus der Beschreibung sowie den Zeichnungen. Konkrete Ausführungsbeispiele der Erfindung sind in den Zeichnungen vereinfacht dargestellt und in der nachfolgenden Beschreibung näher erläutert .

Fig. 1 eine Darstellung des erfindungsgemäßen Saugmoduls zwischen den Zylinderbänken einer Brennkraftmaschine mit V-förmiger Zylinderanordnung, Fig. 2 die Komponenten des Saugmoduls in einer Explosionsdarstellung,
Fig. 3 die Drosselvorrichtung aus Fig. 2 im Detail und
Fig. 4 eine komplett montiertes Saugmodul.
Gleiche Bauteile sind in den Figuren 1 bis 4 mit den gleichen Bezugszeichen gekennzeichnet.
Die Figur 1 zeigt ein Saugmodul 3 zwischen den Zylinderbänken einer 8-Zylinder Brennkraftmaschine mit V-förmiger Zylinderanordnung. Aufgrund der kompakten Abmaße sind Brennkraftmaschinen mit einer derartigen Zylinderanordnung häufig in Automobilen zu finden. Die Zylinder 1 sind mit einem Kurbelgehäuse 2, in dem Kolben, Kurbelwelle und die Brennräume angeordnet sind, verschraubt . Ein Kolben saugt durch die Abwärtsbewegung Luft über einen Ansaugtrakt an, Luft oder mit Kraftstoff angereicherte Luft strömt durch im Zylinderkopf angeordnete Ventile in den Brennraum. In einem nachfolgenden Arbeitstakt verdichtet der Kolben das Kraftstoff-Luftgemisch, durch Selbst- oder Fremdzündung wird die Verbrennung in Gang gesetzt. Die durch die Verbrennung freigesetzte Energie überträgt der Kolben über eine Pleuelstange auf die Kurbelwelle.
Ein nicht gezeigtes Motorsteuergerät sichert einen optimalen Verbrennungsablauf, dazu verarbeitet dieses die Signale von in der Brennkraftmaschine angeordneten Sensoren und steuert in Abhängigkeit von berechneten Werten und Kennfeldern Aktuatoren wie Einspritzventile oder in Figur 2 gezeigte Drosselklappen 10 an. Die angesaugte Luft strömt über einen nicht dargestellten Ansaugtrakt zu den Brennräumen. Der Ansaugtrakt weist einen Luftfilter auf, der angesaugte Frischluft reinigt. Von dort strömt die Luft zu einem ebenfalls nicht dargestellten Luftmassenmesser, der gemessene Massenstrom dient als Eingangsgröße für das Steuergerät . Die Luft strömt über Einströmöffnungen 4 zu den in Fig. 2,3 gezeigten Drosselklappen 10, die in Abhängigkeit einer über ein Fahrpedal angeforderten Brennkraftmaschinenleistung den Luftmassenstrom regulieren. Der Luftmassenstrom verteilt sich anschließend auf verschiedene Ansaugkanäle 5, die den Luftstrom zu den Brennräumen führen. Die Einspritzung des Kraftstoffes erfolgt entweder direkt in den Brennraum oder in der Ausführung als Kanaleinspritzer in den Sammelraum bzw. die Ansaugkanäle 5.
Gemäß Figur 2 ist das Saugmodul aus drei Unterbaugruppen aufgebaut, einem ersten Schalenteil 6 , einem zweiten Schalenteil 7 sowie einer Drosselvorrichtung 8. Das erste Schalenteil 6 weist eine Einströmöffnung 4 auf, über die vom Luftmassenmesser zuströmende Luft eintritt. In dem ersten Schalenteil 6 ist ein Volumen integriert, in dem sich die Luft gleichmäßig verteilt. Die Außenkontur des ersten Schalenteils 6 ist entsprechend dem zur Verfügung stehenden Bauraums im Innen-V der Brennkraftmaschine gestaltet . Das erste Schalenteil 6 weist am Rand einen nach außen gerichteten Kragen 15 auf. Dieser Kragen ist für eine Funktion als Flanschfläche auf der dem Trägermodul zugewandten Seite mechanisch bearbeitet. Die Flanschfläche weist Durchgangsbohrungen 16 auf, in der gezeigten Ausführung zwölf Stück.
Die Drosselvorrichtung 8 ist zwischen dem ersten Schalenteil 6 und dem zweiten Schalenteil 7 des Saugmoduls angeordnet . Gemäß Figur 2 und Figur 3 sind auf einem Trägermodul 9 zwei Drosselklappen 10 mit Ansaugmund 11 und den dazugehörigen Stellmotoren 12 angeordnet. Von den beiden Stellmotoren 12 führen elektrische Leitungen 13 zu einem gemeinsamen Stecker 14, über den die Kontaktierung beider Stellmotoren 12 mit dem Steuergerät erfolgt. Das Trägermodul weist Durchgangsbohrungen 17, in gezeigtem Ausführungsbeispiel zwölf Stück auf. Ein am dem Trägermodul 9 umlaufender Rand 18 ist beidseitig mechanisch bearbeitet. Die Luft strömt über die zwei Drosselklappen 10 in das zweite Schalenteil 7. Dort verteilt sich die Luft gemäß Figur 2 in einem Sammelraum 21 und strömt in die Ansaugkanäle 5, die zu den Brennräumen führen. Die vom Kolben angeregte Wellenvorgänge sind zur Aufladung genutzt. Nach dem Öffnen des Ventils erzeugt der Kolben bei seiner Abwärtsbewegung eine Unterdruckwelle, die sich gegen die Strömungsrichtung vom Brennraum weg entlang der Ansaugkanäle 5 bewegt. Am Sammelraum 16. erfolgt durch den Querschnittssprung eine Reflexion der Unterdruckwelle. Die zu dem Brennraum zurücklaufende Überdruckwelle ist zur Füllung des Brennraumes genutzt. Ein umlaufender Rand 22 ist für eine Funktion als Flanschfläche mechanisch bearbeitet, diese Flanschfläche weist Sacklochbohrungen 23 auf, in dem gezeigten Ausführungsbeispiel zwölf Stück.
Das Saugmodul 3 ist durch Verschraubung der drei Unterbaugruppen aufgebaut. Auf der Flanschfläche des ersten Schalenteils ist die Richtung Ansaugmund gerichtete Flanschfläche des Trägermoduls positioniert. Der dem Ansaugmund 11 abgewandten Flanschfläche des Trägermoduls ist die Flanschfläche des zweiten Schalenteils zugeordnet. Die dem ersten Schalenteil 6 und dem Trägermodul 9 zugeordneten Gewindebohrungen sind so platziert, dass diese mit dem Sacklochgewinde des zweiten Schalenteils fluchten. Durch nicht gezeigte Schrauben, sind die drei Bauteile miteinander verbunden. Die konstruktive Gestaltung der Verbindung ermöglicht eine gute Zugänglichkeit der Schrauben bei der Montage. Anstelle von Schrauben können selbstverständlich andere lösbare Verbindungselement wie Clipse, Schnappelemente usw. verwendet sein. Das Saugmodul ist vorfertigbar und vorab prüfbar. Aufgrund der lösbaren Verbindungen ist das Modul z.B. zur Prüfung einzelner Komponenten in Einzelteile demontierbar. Sofern auf die Demontierbarkeit verzichtet werden kann, so sind anstatt lösbarer Verbindungen auch nicht lösbare Verbindungen wie Kleben, Schweißen, Nieten etc. einsetzbar. Die mechanische Bearbeitung der Flanschflächen ist erforderlich, damit eine ausreichende Ebenheit zur Erlangung luftdichter Fugen darstellbar ist. Die Drosselklappen 10 lassen sich durch diesen Aufbau in sehr kleiner Entfernung zum Brennraum anordnen, durch die kurze Entfernung sind Reibungs- und Strömungsverluste minimiert und damit ist das Ansprechverhalten und die Dynamik des Systems verbessert . Die Anordnung der Drosselvorrichtung 8 im Saugmodul erschließt durch den dort zur Verfügung stehenden Bauraum die Möglichkeit, zwei parallel geschalteten Drosselklappen 10 einzusetzen. Eine ungleichmäßige Füllung der Ansaugkanäle 5, welche von dem unterschiedlichen Abstand der Drosselklappen 10 von der Einstromoffnung 4 des ersten Schalenteils 6 herrührt, ist durch eine unterschiedliche Ansteuerung der Drosselklappen 10 kompensierbar. Die der Einströmöffnung zugewandte Drosselklappe 10 ist weniger geöffnet als die Abgewandte, damit ist die durch beide Drosselklappen 10 durchgesetzte Luftmasse gleich groß und die stromabwärts liegenden Ansaugkanäle 24 werden gleichmäßig befüllt. Diese Kompensation ist umso wichtiger je länger die Zylinderbänke und je größer die damit verbundene Abstandsunterschiede der Drosselklappen 10 von der Einströmöffnung 4 sind.
Fig. 3 zeigt die Stellmotoren 12 die teilweise in Vertiefungen 30 im Trägermoduls 9 untergebracht sind, der Abstand vom Ansaugmund 11 zum Trägermodul 9 ist dadurch verringerbar. Damit ist im montierten Zustand ein ausreichender Abstand des Ansaugmundes 11 zum ersten Schalenteil 6 gewährleistet, so dass die Luft ohne Drosselverluste zum Ansaugmund 11 strömt.
Figur 4 zeigt ein komplett montiertes Saugmodul . An dem zweiten Schalenteil 7 sind Stutzen 31 angebracht, an die Systeme wie Bremse etc. zur Nutzung des in dem zweiten Schalenteil 7 anstehenden Unterdruckes angeschlossen sind. Das zweite Schalenteil 7 des Saugmoduls ist mit nicht gezeigten Schrauben, die in die Durchgangsbohrungen 32 gesteckt und in den Zylinderkopf 1 eingeschraubt sind, befestigt. Die Flanschfläche des zweiten Schalenteils 7 am Übergang von den Ansaugkanälen 5 zum Zylinderkopf ist in vorteilhafter Weise zusammen mit der Flanschfläche, die mit dem Trägermodul 9 gefügt ist, in einem Arbeitsgang mechanisch bearbeitet . Die elektrischen Leitungen 13 zur Ansteuerung der Stellmotoren 12 sind über eine Öffnung im ersten Schalenteil 6 des Saugmoduls herausgeführt, die über eine Dichtung 33 luftdicht verschlossen ist. Die Kabel für die beiden Stellmotoren 12 enden in einem gemeinsamen Stecker, der am Saugmodul befestigt ist.
In einer modifizierten Ausführungsform sind auf dem Trägermodul mehr als zwei Drosselklappen 10 angeordnet. Insbesondere bei Brennkraftmaschinen mit hoher Zylinderzahl ist damit eine gleichmäßige Gasbefüllung der Brennräume ermöglicht.
In einer modifizierten Ausführungsform ist auf dem Trägermodul nur eine Drosselklappe angeordnet . Die Vorteile des Aufbaus des Saugmoduls sind selbstverständlich auch in Verbindung mit einer Drosselklappe nutzbar. Vorzugsweise ist eine Drosselklappe bei Brennkraftmaschinen mit kleiner Zylinderzahl zu verwenden. In diesem Anwendungsfall sind die Abstandsunterschiede der Brennkammern zu der Drosselklappen vertretbar klein, d.h. die Brennkammern sind noch ausreichend gleichmäßig gefüllt.
In einer modifizierten Ausführungsform ist das Saugmodul so aufgebaut, dass das erste Schalenteil 6 und zweite Schalenteil 7 zusammensetzbar sind und dabei das Gehäuse stirnseitig offen ist. In diese Öffnung ist eine Drosselvorrichtung 8 mit einem Trägermodul 9 einschiebbar. Die drei Teile sind an Flanschflächen gefügt und über Schrauben zusammengehalten. Ein gesonderter Deckel oder ein mit dem Trägermodul einteiliger Deckel ist an den zwei Gehäuseteilen angeschraubt und verschließt die Gehäuseöffnung. Die St tzen 31 zum Anschluss von Unterdruckleitungen und die Einströmöffnung 5 sind vorteilhaft in dem Deckel vorgesehen.

Claims

Patentansprüche
1. Saugmodul für eine Brennkraftmaschine, mit - einem ersten Volumen, in dem sich über eine Öffnung angesaugte Luft sammelt, - einem zweiten Volumen in dem sich die Luft verteilt und das zu den Ventilen führende Ansaugkanäle (5) enthält, - einem Gehäuse, das die beiden Volumina umgrenzt und - einer Drosselvorrichtung (8) , d a d u r c h g e k e n n z e i c h n e t, d a s s - die Drosselvorrichtung (8) ein Trägermodul (9) und ein zugehöriges Drosselelement umfasst, welches zwischen dem ersten und dem zweiten Volumen des Saugmoduls angeordnet ist .
2. Saugmodul nach Anspruch 1 , d a d u r c h g e k e n n z e i c h n e t, d a s s auf dem Trägermodul (9) zwei oder mehr Drosselelemente angeordnet sind.
3. Saugmodul nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 2, d a d u r c h g e k e n n z e i c h n e t, d a s s das Drosselelement als elektrisch angesteuerte Drosselklappe (10) ausgeführt ist.
4. Saugmodul nach einem der Ansprüche 2 oder 3, d a d u r c h g e k e n n z e i c h n e t, d a s s jedem Drosselelement separate Ansteuermittel zugeordnet sind.
5. Saugmodul nach Anspruch 4 , d a d u r c h g e k e n n z e i c h n e t, d a s s ein gemeinsamer Zentralstecker (14) die elektrische Verbindung von einem Steuergerät zu den Drosselelementen herstellt .
6. Saugmodul nach Anspruch 1 , d a d u r c h g e k e n n z e i c h n e t, d a s s ein erstes Schalenteil (6) das erste Volumen, ein zweites Schalenteil (7) das zweite Volumen umfasst und das Trägermodul (9) zwischen den Schalenteilen angeordnet ist.
7. Saugmodul nach Anspruch 6, d a d u r c h g e k e n n z e i c h n e t, d a s s das erste Schalenteil (6) , das zweite Schalenteil (7) und das Trägermodul (9) jeweils mindestens eine Flanschfläche aufweist, diese Teile an den Flanschflächen zusammengefügt und über mindestens ein Befestigungselement zusammengehalten sind.
8. Saugmodul nach Anspruch 7 , d a d u r c h g e k e n n z e i c h n e t, d a s s das Trägermodul (9), das erste Schalenteil (6) und zweite Schalenteil (7) lösbar mit Schrauben verbunden sind.
9. Saugmodul nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 8, d a d u r c h g e k e n n z e i c h n e t, d a s s im zweiten Schalenteil (7) und/oder im Trägermodul (9) Stutzen (31) zum Anschluss für Unterdruckleitungen angeordnet sind.
10. Brennkraftmaschine mit einer V-förmigen Zylinderanordnung d a d u r c h g e k e n n z e i c h n e t, d a s s das Saugmodul (3) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9 in dem Bauraum zwischen den Zylinderköpfen (1) angeordnet ist.
