Abstract

Matériau conducteur mixte électronique et d'anions O2- de type perovskite, de formule (I) : A(a)(1 -x-u) A′(a-1) x A′′(a′′)u B(b)(1-s-y-v) B(b+1)s B′(b+β)y B′′(b′′)v O3-δ, formule (I) dans laquelle : a, a-1, a′′, b, b+1, b+β et b′′ sont des nombres entiers représentant les valences respectives des atomes A, A′, A′′, B, B′, B′′ ; a, a′′, b, b′′, β, x, y, s, u, v et δ sont tels que la neutralité électrique du réseau cristallin est conservée, A représente un atome choisi parmi le scandium, l'yttrium ou dans les familles des lanthanides, des actinides ou des métaux alcalino-terreux, A′ est un atome choisi parmi le scandium, l'yttrium ou dans les familles des lanthanides, des actinides ou des métaux alcalin-terreux ; A′′ un atome choisi parmi Al, Ga, In ou Tl ; B, B′, B′′ un atome choisi parmi les métaux de transition, Al, In, Ga, Ge, Sb, Bi, Sn ou Pb ; procédé pour sa préparation et son utilisation comme matériau conducteur mixte d'un réacteur catalytique membranaire, destiné à être mis en œuvre pour synthétiser du gaz de synthèse par oxydation de méthane ou de gaz naturel.
