控制装置 7包括壳体 71、设置于壳体 71内的电路板 72及设于壳体 71表面 的操作钮 73, 且气泵 43也设置于该壳体 71内, 当然, 该气泵 43也可设置于眼 罩内。 该电路板 72上载有电子元件, 该电路板 72的电子线路和电子元件构成 控制装置 7的控制电路。 上述的操作钮 73、 马达 3、 电气阀 41及气泵 43的电 极通过导线电性连接在电路板 72上, 通过操作钮 73的选择及该控制电路而实 现该眼部按摩器各功能的交互作用。
图 5是本发明眼部按摩器的控制电路的电路图,其中 U1是固化有程序的微 处理器; DJ1是设置于电路板 72上的外接负载接口, 马达 3、 电气阀 41及气泵 43是通过该 DJ1接口的相应端口而与控制电路电性连接; S1~S5是功能按键开 关, 各个功能按键开关分别对应一个操作钮 73, 即对应气压、 振动或加热等功 能操作, 通过按压操作钮 73实现该功能按键开关的开启; CON2及 CON3用以 连接操作钮 73与微处理器 Ul; Q1~Q5是开关晶体管, 当然, 其也可用一般的 开关电路实现, 其用以控制各种按摩模式的开启和关闭; A、 B及 C发光二极管 是用以进行状态指示, 如指示处于气压、 振动或加热等状态。 当按压相应的操 作钮 73时, 则功能按键开关给 U1发出相应的操作指令, U1接收该指令并输出 电流使相应的开关晶体管打开, 从而有电流通过该幵关晶体管和负载接口的相 应端口, 进而驱动端口所连接的马达 3、 电气阀 41或气泵 43运转, 实现眼部按 摩器的气压、 振动或加热。
本发明中, 由气袋连接柱 42、气袋 44、电气阀 41及气泵 43组成气动装置, 气泵 43通过气袋连接柱 42的进气口 421向气袋 44送气, 又因为电气阀 41是 由控制装置 7的控制电路的控制来实现其开启或闭合, 从而达成气压按摩的作 用; 由加热体 5组成的加热装置达成加热按摩的作用; 由马达 3及偏心锤 21组 成的振动装置来达成振动按摩的作用。 通过控制电路的控制及操作钮的选择, 而实现该眼部按摩器气压、 振动、 加热、 气压与加热、 气压与振动、 加热与振 动等六种眼部按摩模式的功能, 从而有效促进眼部血液循环, 舒缓视觉压力, 减轻视觉疲劳, 进而可有效的防治近视。

Claims

权 利 要 求 ί
1. 一种眼部按摩器, 包括眼罩, 其特征在于: 还包括控制装置、 振动装置和气 动装置, 该控制装置具有控制电路, 振动装置安装于眼罩内, 其包括马达及与 该马达联动的振动器, 该马达与控制电路电连接, 该气动装置包括气袋、 气泵 及电气阀, 气袋设置于眼罩内,. 气泵通过气管向气袋送气, 气泵及电气'阀均与 控制电路电性连接。
2. 如权利要求 1所述的眼部按摩器, 其特征在于: 所述的气动装置还包括气袋 连接柱, 该气袋连接柱安装于眼罩内, 其具有出气口及进气口', 该进气口通过 进气管与气泵连接, 该出气口通过出气管与电气阀连接, 且该气袋连接柱与气 袋连接。
3. 如权利要求 2所述的眼部按摩器, 其特征在于: 所述的气袋连接柱包括于其 一侧突伸设置且与气袋连接的气袋柱, 该气袋柱与进气口及出气口贯通。
4. 如权利要求 1所述的眼部按摩器, 其特征在于: 所述的振动器是偏心锤, 该 偏心锤是安装于马达的主轴上。
5. 如权利要求 1-4中任意一项所述的眼部按摩器, 其特征在于: 还包括加热装. 置, 该加热装置包括安装于眼罩内的加热体, 该加热体的电极与控制电路电连 接。
6. 如权利要求 1-4中任意一项所述的眼部按摩器, 其特征在于: 还包括设置于 眼罩内的电磁体, 该电磁体的电极与控制电路电连接。
7. 如权利要求 1-4中任意一项所述的眼部按摩器, 其特征在于: 所述的眼罩包 括基座及盖设在该基座上的盖体, 振动装置安装在基座上, 基座一侧对应使用 者鼻梁位置设有缺口。
8. 如权利要求 7所述的眼部按摩器, 其特征在于: 所述的眼罩还包括固定在基 座上的护眼囊, 该护眼囊分为上、 下护眼囊, 上护眼囊的周缘与基座周缘固定 配合, 下护眼囊部分周缘与基座固定配合。
9. 如权利要求 8所述的眼部按摩器, 其特征在于: 所述的气袋设置于下护眼囊 内。
10.如权利要求 1-4中任意一项所述的眼部按摩器, 其特征在于: 所述的控制电 路包括功能按键开关、 微处理器及开关电路, 功能按键开关发出操作指令, 微 处理器接收该操作指令并输出电流到相应的开关电路使其导通, 电流流经该开 关电路并输出到对应的马达、 气泵或电气阀。
