作为本发明的进一步改进,所述弹性触碰开关,包括基座、第一弹簧、弹簧导电脚以及中心导电脚,所述弹簧设置在所述基座内,所述弹簧导电脚与所述弹簧连接,所述中心导电脚贯穿所述基座设置在所述弹簧的中部;当所述弹性触碰开关受到外力振动时,所述第一弹簧与中心导电脚接触,所述中心导电脚和弹簧导电脚导通。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述弹性触碰开关,包括开关本体、第二弹簧、电极片以及导电脚,所述导电脚设于所述开关本体底部,与所述电极片连接,所述电极片设于所述开关本体内,分别位于所述第二弹簧的两端,所述第二弹簧其中一端固定在所述电极片上;当所述弹性触碰开关受到外力振动时,所述第二弹簧的另一端与电极片接触,与所述电极片连接的所述两导电脚导通。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述连接部插接或焊接在所述PCB板上。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述加热部件和PCB板之间设有软质缓冲垫块,且所述软质缓冲垫块固定在所述PCB板上。
进一步地,所述软质缓冲垫块与所述加热部件之间设有缓冲间隙。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述容纳腔底部设有固定槽,所述电池容纳在所述固定槽内,且所述电池与所述固定槽的槽壁相抵触。
作为本发明的进一步改进,还包括设置在按摩头本体上的连接底座,所述连接底座上设有多个密封圈。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述按摩头本体的外壁上设有充电接口,所述充电接口与所述PCB板连接。
本发明还公开了一种应用上述任一项所述的具有加热功能的按摩头的肌肉按摩仪,所述肌肉按摩仪上包括前壳体、后壳体、上壳体以及下壳体,所述包括前壳体、后壳体、上壳体以及下壳体拼合形成容置腔,所述前壳体内中空设置形成与所述容置腔相连通的连接腔体, 所述按摩头本体的连接底座插接在所述连接腔体内,所述连接腔体内设有与所述连接底座连接的驱动装置,所述驱动装置安装在连接支架上,所述连接支架插接在所述连接腔体内。
基于上述技术方案,本发明相对于现有技术,具有以下有益效果:
1、通过在PCB板上设置弹性触碰开关,在按摩头振动按摩时,弹性触碰开关的振动幅度必须要达到与按摩头的振动幅度一致时,才会开启弹性触碰开关,使得加热部件和电池处于导通状态,加热部件对按摩头进行加热处理,避免加热部件在肌肉按摩仪停止使用后仍然对按摩头进行加热处理,轻则耗光电池的电量,下次使用需要进行充电,重则损坏按摩头,存在安全隐患。
2、通过电池与固定槽的槽壁的抵触,将电池过盈卡接在固定槽内,降低电池的安装难度,提高电池的稳定性。
3、通过在连接底座上设有密封圈,提高连接底座与肌肉按摩仪的连接稳定性。
4、通过在加热部件和PCB板之间设置软质缓冲垫,避免按摩头在使用过程中,加热部件由于按摩头的振动晃动与PCB板接触损坏PCB板,以及加热部件由于晃动幅度过大产生变形的情况发生。
5、通过先将驱动装置固定在连接支架上,然后将连接支架插接在前壳体的连接腔体内,降低驱动装置的安装难度。

具体实施方式
结合附图说明本发明的一种具有加热功能的按摩头及应用其的肌肉按摩仪。
如图1所示,该具有加热功能的按摩头,包括按摩头本体1和盖体2,所述盖体2设于所述按摩头本体1的顶部,且所述按摩头本体1的底部设有与肌肉按摩仪连接的连接底座11。
其中,所述连接底座11上套接有密封圈12,所述密封圈12用于与肌肉按摩仪过盈配合,提高连接底座11和肌肉按摩仪的连接稳定性。
如图2所示,所述按摩头本体1和盖体2拼合形成容纳腔10,所述容纳腔10内设有加热部件3,所述加热部件3下方设有PCB板4,所述PCB板4下方设有电池6。
其中,所述加热部件3上设有连接部31,连接部31是用于固定加热部件3的连接结构,通过连接部31将加热部件3连接到PCB板4上,所述连接部31可采用插接或焊接的方式固定在所述PCB板4上。可将加热部件3与PCB板4之间的导线设置在连接部31中。
具体地,所述加热部件3和PCB板4之间设有软质缓冲垫块5,所述软质缓冲垫块5固定在所述PCB板4上。
进一步地,所述软质缓冲垫块5和加热部件3之间设有缓冲间隙51。
其中,所述加热部件3为加热膜。
进一步地,所述软质缓冲垫块5为UVA软胶。
如图3所示,其中,所述容置腔10的底部设有固定槽101,所述电池6抵触所述固定槽101的槽壁,过盈卡接在所述固定槽101内。
可选地,所述固定槽101呈与所述电池6相配合的矩形状设置。
其中,所述PCB板4的底部抵触在所述固定槽101的顶部,所述固定槽101的槽壁为所述PCB板4提供支撑作用。
具体地,所述PCB板4通过螺钉连接的方式固定在所述容纳腔10内。
其中,所述按摩头本体1的外部上设有充电接口13,所述充电接口13与所述PCB板4连接。
其中,所述PCB板4分别与所述电池6和加热部件3电连接。
具体地,所述加热部件3通过所述PCB板4和所述电池6电连接。
其中,所述PCB板4上设有弹性触碰开关41,本发明通过设置弹性触碰开关41来实现按摩头加热功能的自动启闭,弹性触碰开关41通过自身随按摩头本体1的振动来带动弹簧运动,使弹簧与导体发生触碰来实现电路的导通。当所述按摩头本体1振动按摩时,当所述弹性触碰开关41受到外力振动,使得所述加热部件3和电池6导通;当所述按摩头本体1停止振动时,所述弹性触碰开关41关闭,加热部件3停止加热。
可选地,作为弹性触碰开关41的一种实施方式,所述弹性触碰开关41包括基座、第一弹簧、弹簧导电脚以及中心导电脚,所述第一弹簧设置在所述基座内,基座固定在PCB板4上,第一弹簧为导体,基座为绝缘体,弹簧导电脚的一端与PCB板4电性连接,弹簧导电脚的另一端与所述第一弹簧连接,所述中心导电脚贯穿所述基座设置并从第一弹簧的中部轴向 穿过,中心导电脚与PCB板4电性连接。按摩头本体1未进行按摩工作时,第一弹簧处于静止状态,中心导电脚不与第一弹簧接触;当按摩头本体1开始按摩工作,按摩头本体1发生振动时,弹性触碰开关41随按摩头本体1一同振动,第一弹簧在按摩头本体1的振动力作用下发生摆动,当第一弹簧的摆动幅度增大至第一弹簧与中心导电脚接触时,弹簧导电脚和中心导电脚导通,弹性触碰开关41开启,加热部件3和电池6处于导通状态,加热部件3启动对按摩头进行加热;当按摩头本体1停止按摩工作时,第一弹簧不再受按摩头本体1的振动力作用而停止摆动,第一弹簧不与中心导电脚接触,加热部件3和电池6断开,加热部件3停止加热。
可选地,作为弹性触碰开关41的一种实施方式,所述弹性触碰开关41包括开关本体、第二弹簧、两个电极片以及两个导电脚,所述导电脚设于开关本体底部并分别与两个电极片连接,两个电极片设置在开关本体内并分别位于第二弹簧的两端,第二弹簧的一端固定在其中一个电极片上,第二弹簧的另一端靠近另一个电极片但不与其接触。按摩头本体1未进行按摩工作时,第二弹簧处于静止状态,第二弹簧不与靠近的电极片相接触;当按摩头本体1开始按摩工作,按摩头本体1发生振动时,弹性触碰开关41随按摩头本体1一同振动,第二弹簧在按摩头本体1的振动力作用下发生摆动,当第二弹簧的摆动幅度增大至第二弹簧与靠近的电极片接触时,两个导电脚导通,弹性触碰开关41开启,加热部件3和电池6处于导通状态,加热部件3启动对按摩头进行加热;当按摩头本体1停止按摩工作时,第二弹簧不再受按摩头本体1的振动力作用而停止摆动,第二弹簧与电极片分离,加热部件3和电池6断开,加热部件3停止加热。
可选地,作为弹性触碰开关41的一种实施方式,所述弹性触碰开关41包括基座、第三弹簧、弹簧导电脚以及基座导电脚,所述第三弹簧设置在所述基座内且不与基座的内侧壁相接触,基座与第三弹簧相连接处为绝缘材质,基座固定在PCB板4上,第三弹簧为导体,基座为金属材质制成的导体结构且基座与PCB板4相接触的一面上设置绝缘层,弹簧导电脚的一端与PCB板4电性连接,弹簧导电脚的另一端与所述第三弹簧连接,所述基座导电脚的一端与PCB板4电性连接,基座导电脚的另一端连接在基座上。按摩头本体1未进行按摩工作时,第三弹簧处于静止状态,第三弹簧不与基座的内侧壁相接触;当按摩头本体1开始按摩工作,按摩头本体1发生振动时,弹性触碰开关41随按摩头本体1一同振动,第三弹簧在按摩头本体1的振动力作用下发生摆动,当第三弹簧的摆动幅度增大至第三弹簧与基座的内侧壁接触时,弹簧导电脚和基座导电脚导通,弹性触碰开关41开启,加热部件3和电池6处于导通状态,加热部件3启动对按摩头进行加热;当按摩头本体1停止按摩工作时,第三弹簧不再受按摩头本体1的振动力作用而停止摆动,第三弹簧不与基座导电脚接触,加热部件3 和电池6断开,加热部件3停止加热。
如图4-8所示,还包括一种应用上述具体实施例1的具有加热功能的按摩头的肌肉按摩仪,该肌肉按摩仪包括前壳体71、后壳体71、上壳体73以及下壳体74,所述前壳体71、后壳体71、上壳体73以及下壳体74相互拼合形成用于容纳安装肌肉按摩仪的部件的容置腔75。
其中,所述前壳体71内中空设置形成与所述容置腔75相连通的连接腔体,所述按摩头本体1的连接底座11插接在所述连接腔体内。
其中,所述连接腔体内设有连接支架76,所述连接支架76上安装有与所述连接底座11连接的驱动装置77。
具体地,所述驱动装置77包括振动电机771、偏心轮772、连杆773以及活塞杆774,所述振动电机771设于所述连接支架76上,所述偏心轮772的一端与所述振动电机771连接,另一端与所述连杆773连接,所述连杆773连接所述活塞杆774,所述活塞杆774插接在所述连接底座11内。
具体地,所述连接支架76包括固定部761和插接部762,所述插接部762插接在所述连接腔体内,所述固定部761固定有所述振动电机771,所述振动电机771的主轴穿过所述固定部761与所述偏心轮772连接。
具体地,所述偏心轮772、连杆773以及活塞杆774容纳在所述插接部762内。
可选地,所述连接支架76与所述前壳体71通过螺丝或螺钉的方式固定连接。
其中,具体地,所述振动电机771底部设有电机支架775,所述振动电机771固定在所述电机支架775上,且所述电机支架775接固定在所述固定部761上。
其中,所述振动电机771与所述电机支架775之间设有电机板776,所述电机板776用于连接肌肉按摩仪的主控电路板741。
其中,所述活塞杆774上套接有活塞套777。
其中,所述主控电路板741设于所述下壳体74上。
其中,所述上壳体73上设有多个散热槽731。
其中,所述容置腔75内设有为驱动装置77供电的主电池9。
其中,当所述前壳体71和后壳体72相互拼合时,所述前壳体71和后壳体72之间形成连接区域,所述连接区域上扣接有连接板8,所述连接板8分别与所述前壳体71和后壳体72扣接。
可选地,所述连接板8上可以设置装饰花纹、logo、标识或者图案提高肌肉按摩仪的美观度。
本发明的一种具有加热功能的按摩头及应用其的肌肉按摩仪,具有智能化程度高、安全 性能强以及操作简单的优点,有效地解决了现有的肌肉按摩仪的按摩头仅能对肌肉进行按摩推拿,不具备加热功能或具备加热功能需要手动按键开关启动的操作,使得按摩头功能单一和操作繁琐的问题。
根据上述说明书的揭示和教导,本发明所属领域的技术人员还可以对上述实施方式进行变更和修改。因此,本发明并不局限于上面揭示和描述的具体实施方式,对本发明的一些修改和变更也应当落入本发明的权利要求的保护范围内。此外,尽管本说明书中使用了一些特定的术语,但这些术语只是为了方便说明,并不对本发明构成任何限制。

Claims (11)

  1. 一种具有加热功能的按摩头,包括按摩头本体(1)和盖体(2),所述盖体(2)和所述按摩头本体(1)拼合形成容纳腔(10),所述按摩头本体(1)底部设有与肌肉按摩仪连接的连接底座(11),其特征在于:包括:
    加热部件(3),设于所述容纳腔(10)内;
    PCB板(4),设于所述加热部件(3)下方,所述加热部件(3)与所述PCB板(4)连接;
    弹性触碰开关(41),设于所述PCB板(4)上,与所述PCB板(4)连接;
    电池(6),设于所述容纳腔(10)内,与所述PCB板(4)电连接;当所述按摩头本体(1)振动按摩时,所述弹性触碰开关(41)开启,所述电池(6)与所述加热部件(3)导通,所述加热部件(3)对所述盖体(2)加热,当所述按摩头本体(1)停止振动时,所述弹性触碰开关(41)关闭,加热部件停止加热。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的具有加热功能的按摩头,其特征在于:所述弹性触碰开关(41),包括基座、第一弹簧、弹簧导电脚以及中心导电脚,所述第一弹簧设置在所述基座内,所述弹簧导电脚与所述第一弹簧连接,所述中心导电脚贯穿所述基座设置在所述第一弹簧的中部;当所述弹性触碰开关(41)受到外力振动时,所述第一弹簧与中心导电脚接触,所述中心导电脚和弹簧导电脚导通。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的具有加热功能的按摩头,其特征在于:所述弹性触碰开关(41),包括开关本体、第二弹簧、电极片以及导电脚,所述导电脚设于所述开关本体底部,与所述电极片连接,所述电极片设于所述开关本体内,分别位于所述第二弹簧的两端,所述第二弹簧其中一端固定在所述电极片上;当所述弹性触碰开关(41)受到外力振动时,所述第二弹簧的另一端与电极片接触,与所述电极片连接的两导电脚导通。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的具有加热功能的按摩头,其特征在于:所述弹性触碰开关(41)包括基座、第三弹簧、弹簧导电脚以及基座导电脚,所述第三弹簧设置在所述基座内,所述弹簧导电脚与所述第三弹簧连接,所述基座导电脚与基座连接,所述基座为导电基座,基座与第三弹簧的连接部位绝缘;当所述弹性触碰开关(41)受到外力振动时,所述第三弹簧与基座的导电部位接触,所述基座导电脚和弹簧导电脚导通。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的具有加热功能的按摩头,其特征在于:所述加热部件(3)上设有连接部(31),所述连接部(31)插接或焊接在所述PCB板(4)上。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的具有加热功能的按摩头,其特征在于:所述加热部件(3)和PCB板(4)之间设有软质缓冲垫块(5),且所述软质缓冲垫块(5)固定在所述PCB板(4)上。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的具有加热功能的按摩头,其特征在于:所述软质缓冲垫块(5)与所述加热部件(3)之间设有缓冲间隙(51)。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的具有加热功能的按摩头,其特征在于:所述容纳腔(10)底部设有固定槽(101),所述电池(6)容纳在所述固定槽(101)内,且所述电池(6)与所述固定槽(101)的槽壁相抵触。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的具有加热功能的按摩头,其特征在于:所述连接底座(11)上设有多个密封圈(12)。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的具有加热功能的按摩头,其特征在于:所述按摩头本体(1)的外壁上设有充电接口(13),所述充电接口(13)与所述PCB板(4)连接。
  11. 一种应用权利要求1-10任一项所述的具有加热功能的按摩头的肌肉按摩仪,其特征在于:所述肌肉按摩仪上包括前壳体(71)、后壳体(72)、上壳体(73)以及下壳体(74),所述包括前壳体(71)、后壳体(72)、上壳体(73)以及下壳体(74)拼合形成容置腔(75),所述前壳体(71)内中空设置形成与所述容置腔(75)相连通的连接腔体,所述按摩头本体(1)的连接底座(11)插接在所述连接腔体内,所述连接腔体内设有与所述连接底座(11)连接的驱动装置(77),所述驱动装置(77)安装在连接支架(76)上,所述连接支架(76)插接在所述连接腔体内。
