Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Dentalimplantat (100) umfassend: ein Hülsenelement (102) zum Einsetzen in den Kieferknochen, wobei das Hülsenelement (102) einen Mantelbereich (104) aufweist und aus zumindest einem zur Osseointegration geeigneten Material besteht und einen Implantatkern (150), umfassend eine Längsachse (162), einen unteren Fixierungsbereich (152), der zur Fixierung des Implantatkerns (150) in dem Hülsenelement (102) durch das Hülsenelement (102) zumindest im Mantelbereich (104) passgenau aufgenommen wird, und einen oberen Aufbaubereich (154), der sich bei der Fixierung des Implantatkerns (150) in dem Hülsenelement (102) über den oberen Rand (106) des Mantelbereichs (104) hinaus erstreckt und der Anbringung an sich bekannter Hilfs- oder Aufbauteile dient, wobei zumindest äußere Bereiche des Implantatkerns (150) aus einem Material bestehen, das eine im Wesentlichen der natürlichen Zahnsubstanz entsprechende Farbigkeit aufweist. Vorzugsweise weist der obere Rand (106) des Mantelbereichs eine im Wesentlichen wellenförmige, dem natürlichen Verlauf des Alveolenrandes nachempfundene Form auf. Das Dentalimplantat ermöglicht eine leichte, individuelle Anpassung des oberen Rands des Hülsenelements an den Randverlauf der Knochenkavität und ermöglicht eine verbesserte Einheilung des Implantats und ein langfristig ästhetisch verbessertes Erscheinungsbild des eingesetzten Kronenaufbaus. Weiterhin betrifft die Erfindung ein Aufbauteil sowie ein Verfahren zur Herstellung des Dentalimplantats bzw. des Aufbauteils.
