光スィッチ装置
技術分野
[0001] 本発明は、光ファイバ一の交換機に用いられる光導波路切り換え装置、あるいは光 入力を適宜減衰させるための可変光減衰器として用いられる光スィッチ装置に関す るものである。さらに詳しくは、光の出射位置を切り換える光反射部材に対する駆動 技術に関するものである。
背景技術
[0002] 光ファイバ一の交換機に用いられる光導波路切り換え装置、あるいは光入力を適 宜減衰させるための可変光減衰器として用いられる光スィッチ装置としては、特開 20 02-250874号公報などで開示されているように、光ファイバ一の熱による屈折率変 動を利用する光導波路タイプのもの、半導体プロセスによるマイクロ光学素子とマイク ロアクチユエータを利用する MEMS(Micro Electro Mechanical System)タイ プのものが知られている。

発明の開示
発明が解決しょうとする課題
[0003] し力しながら、光導波路タイプの光導波路切り換え装置は、光導波路ファイバーの 結合や分岐による光学的なロスが大きい。また、光導波路を切り換え後の状態を保 持するために、常時ヒータに電力を供給しておく必要があるので、装置の寿命が比較 的短いという問題点がある。一方、 MEMSタイプの光スィッチは半導体プロセスを利 用するために製造コストが高い。
[0004] 本願出願人は、光反射部材が搭載された可動体を磁気駆動回路で駆動するタイ プの光スィッチ装置も検討している。し力 ながら、このタイプの光スィッチ装置では、 外部からの振動などの影響で可動体が位置ずれを起こしやすいため、光の出射位 置の安定性が低レ、という問題点がある。
[0005] このような問題点に鑑みて、本発明の課題は、光反射部材が搭載された可動体を 磁気駆動回路で駆動するタイプの光スィッチ装置において、光の出射位置の安定性 を向上可能な構成を提供することにある。
課題を解決するための手段
[0006] 上記課題を解決するために、本発明では、互いに直交する方向をそれぞれ X方向 、 Y方向、および Z方向としたときに、 Z方向から入射してきた光を反射して X方向に ずれた所定位置から出射するための光反射部材が搭載された可動体と、該可動体 を X方向および Y方向に移動可能に支持する固定側部材と、前記可動体を X方向お よび Y方向に駆動する磁気駆動回路とを有する光スィッチ装置において、前記可動 体が駆動されるときには当該可動体を解放し、当該可動体が X方向の所定位置まで 駆動されたときに当該可動体を Y方向に押圧して前記固定側部材に押し付け固定 するクランプ機構を有することを特徴とする。
[0007] 本発明において、可動体は、初期状態ではクランプ機構によって固定側部材に押 し付け固定されている。この状態から、光の出射位置を切り換える際には、まず、クラ ンプ機構が可動体に対するクランプを解除し、次に、磁気駆動回路が可動体を Y方 向に駆動して固定側部材から浮かせる。次に、磁気駆動回路が可動体を X方向の所 定位置まで駆動する。そして、可動体は、 X方向の所定位置に到達するとそこで停止 し、しかる後に、可動体は、クランプ機構によって固定側部材に押し付け固定される。 従って、外部から振動などが伝わってきても、可動体は、 X方向にずれることがなく光 の出射位置の安定性が高い。
[0008] 本発明において、前記クランプ機構は、前記可動体を前記固定側部材に向けて押 圧するための押圧部と、該押圧部が前記可動体を前記固定側部材に向けて押し付 け固定する付勢力を発生させるばね部材と、該ばね部材の付勢力に杭して、前記押 圧部を前記可動体から離間させるソレノイドとを備えていることが好ましい。このように 構成すると、光の出射位置を切り換えた以降、その位置保持のための電力供給が不 要である。それ故、光スィッチ装置での消費電力を削減できる。
[0009] 本発明において、前記可動体、および前記固定側部材において互いに Y方向で 対向する領域の各々には、前記クランプ機構によって前記可動体が前記固定側部 材に押し付け固定されるときに互いに嚙み合って前記可動体の X方向における位置 決めを行う凹凸が X方向に沿って各々複数、所定ピッチで形成されていることが好ま しい。このように構成すると、可動体は、初期状態ではクランプ機構によって固定側部 材に押し付け固定され、かつ、この状態で可動体側凹凸と固定側部材側凹凸とが嚙 みあっている。この状態から、光の出射位置を切り換える際には、まず、クランプ機構 が可動体に対するクランプを解除し、次に、磁気駆動回路が可動体を Y方向に駆動 して固定側部材から浮かせる。次に、磁気駆動回路が可動体を X方向の所定位置ま で駆動する。そして、可動体は、 X方向の所定位置に到達するとそこで停止し、しか る後に、可動体は、クランプ機構によって固定側部材に押し付け固定される。その際 、可動体および固定側部材の各々に形成されている凹凸同士が嚙み合レ、、可動体 は、 X方向の所定位置に位置決めされる。従って、比較的簡素な構成でありながら、 外部から振動などが伝わってきても、可動体は、 X方向にずれることがなぐ光の出射 位置の安定性が高い。
[0010] ここで、前記可動体に形成されている前記凹凸は、断面 V字状凹部および断面 V 字状凸部のうちの少なくとも一方を備え、前記固定側部材に形成されている凹凸は、 断面 V字状凹部および断面 V字状凸部のうちの少なくとも他方を備えていることが好 ましレ、。このように構成すると、可動体および固定側部材の凹凸同士が嵌り合うだけ で、可動体の X方向の位置が高い精度で規定される。すなわち、凹凸が断面 V字状 であれば、可動体が所望の位置力 X方向にわずかにずれた位置で停止した場合 でも、凹凸同士が嵌り合う際、 X方向における可動体の位置誤差が修正される。従つ て、光の出射位置の精度を高めることができる。
[0011] また、前記可動体および前記固定側部材では、前記凹凸の形成領域と、前記可動 体の X方向への移動経路とが平行であることが好ましい。このように構成すると、可動 体は、クランプ姿勢と同一姿勢で駆動されるので、 X方向に駆動後、そのままの姿勢 でスムーズにクランプされる。
[0012] 本発明において、前記固定側部材は、複数本のサスペンションワイヤによって前記 可動体を支持している構成を採用することが好ましい。このように構成すると、可動体 を駆動する際、可動体の姿勢が安定しているので、光反射部材が傾かない。従って 、光の出射位置の精度が高い。 [0013] この場合、前記可動体は、前記クランプ機構によって前記固定側部材に向けて押 し付け固定されたときの Y方向における位置と、前記磁気駆動回路による Y方向への 推力が加わっていないときの Y方向における位置とがー致していることが好ましい。こ のように構成すると、クランプ機構によって可動体が固定側部材に向けて押し付け固 定された状態でサスペンションワイヤに応力が加わらないので、サスペンションワイヤ の疲労を軽減でき、サスペンションワイヤの寿命を延ばすことができる。
[0014] また、前記サスペンションワイヤによる前記可動体の支持中心位置と、当該可動体 全体の重心位置とがー致していることが好ましい。このように構成すると、サスペンシ ヨンワイヤは、可動体を安定した姿勢で支持することができ、かつ、可動体を駆動する 際、および停止させる際、可動体の振動を抑えることができる。
[0015] さらに、前記磁気駆動回路によって前記可動体に加わる X方向への推力の中心位 置と、当該可動体全体の重心位置とがー致していることが好ましい。このように構成 すると、可動体を駆動する際もその姿勢をさらに安定した状態に保持でき、かつ、可 動体を駆動する際、および停止させる際、可動体の振動を抑えることができる。
[0016] さらにまた、前記可動体および前記固定側部材では、前記可動体の X方向への移 動経路と、前記クランプ機構によって前記可動体が押し付け固定される前記固定側 部材の固定領域とが平行であることが好ましい。
[0017] 本発明において、前記光反射部材は、光が Z方向から入出射する斜面、該斜面か ら入射してきた光を X方向に反射する第 1の反射面、および該第 1の反射面に対して 直交し、当該第 1の反射面から反射してきた光を前記斜面に向けて反射する第 2の 反射面を備えた直角プリズムであることが好ましい。このような直角プリズムミラーを採 用すれば、入射光軸と出射光軸を平行に設定できるので、入射側の光導波路およ び出射側の光導波路のレイアウトが容易である。また、直角プリズムミラーといった一 般的な光学部材を用いることで、光スィッチ装置のコストを低減することができる。
[0018] 本発明において、前記可動体が前記磁気駆動回路によって駆動されるときと、前 記クランプ機構によってクランプされたときとの間で、前記可動体の傾きを防止する姿 勢調整手段を有していることが好ましい。このように構成すると、可動体を駆動した後 、可動体を固定側部材にクランプする際、および可動体の固定側部材へのクランプ 状態を解除した後、可動体を駆動する際の双方において、可動体の姿勢を一定に 保つことができる。従って、光反射部材が傾かないので、光の出射位置の精度が高 レヽ。また、光 VOA(Variable Optical Attenuator/可変光減衰器)においては、調整 時と固定時とで減衰率が変化しない。
[0019] 本発明に係る光スィッチ装置を、光ファイバ一の交換機に用いられる光導波路切り 換え装置などに用いる場合には、前記光反射部材の光入出射面に対峙する位置に 、共通の入力用導光路、および複数本の出力用導光路が X方向に配列される。この 場合、前記凹凸のピッチは、例えば、 125 x mである。
[0020] 本発明に係る光スィッチ装置を、光入力を適宜減衰させるための可変光減衰器とし て用いる場合には、前記斜面に対して対峙する位置には、入力用導光路、出力用導 光路、およびモニター用導光路が X方向に配列される。この場合、前記凹凸のピッチ は、例えば、 l x mである。このように構成すると、モニター用導光路を介して出力光 をモニターしながら、可動体の位置を制御すれば、所定光量の出力光を出力用導光 路に導くことができる。
発明の効果
[0021] 本発明において、可動体は、磁気駆動回路によって X方向の所定位置まで駆動さ れた後、クランプ機構によって固定側部材に押し付け固定される。従って、外部から 振動などが伝わってきても、可動体は、 X方向にずれることがなく光の出射位置の安 定性が高い。

(光導波路切り換え装置の基本原理)
図 1は、本発明の実施の形態 1に係る光導波路切り換え装置の基本原理を模式的 に示す説明図である。なお、以下の説明では、互いに直交する方向をそれぞれ、 X 方向、 Y方向、および Z方向として説明する。
[0024] 図 1において、本形態の光導波路切り換え装置 1(光スィッチ装置)は、 Z方向に延 びた 1本の入力側光ファイバ一 20、および 8本の出力側光ファイバ一 21が X方向に 沿って並列配置された 8チャンネルの光導波路切り換え装置であり、入力側光フアイ バー 20から出力された光を 8本の出力側光ファイバ一 21のいずれかに導くことがで きる。ここで、入力側光ファイバ一 20と出力側光ファイバ一 21とからなる光ファイバ一 アレイ 3は、光ファイバ一力 X方向で 250 z mのピッチで等間隔に並んでいる。
[0025] 本形態の光導波路切り換え装置 1では、 Z方向から入射してきた光を反射して X方 向にずれた所定位置力 Z方向に向けて出射するための光反射部材として、 X方向 に駆動されるプリズムミラー 10が用いられている。プリズムミラー 10は、光が Z方向か ら入出射する斜面 101、この斜面 101から入射してきた光を X方向に反射する第 1の 反射面 102、およびこの第 1の反射面 102に対して直交し、第 1の反射面 101から反 射してきた光を斜面 101に向けて反射する第 2の反射面 103を備えた直角プリズム であり、斜面 101(開口側)を光ファイバ一アレイ 3に向けて正対している。ここで、入力 側光ファイバ一 20から出射された光は、プリズムミラー 10に入射する前に、コリメート レンズ 22により、コリメートな光となっている。なお、図示を省略するが、 8本の出力側 光ファイバ一 21と、プリズムミラー 10の斜面 101との間にもコリメートレンズが配置さ れている。
[0026] このように構成した光導波路切り換え装置 1において、例えば、プリズムミラー 10が 実線で示す位置に固定されているとする。この状態において、入力側光ファイバ一 2 0から出射された光は、プリズムミラー 10に入射し、プリズムミラー 10内の第 1の斜面 102と第 2の斜面 103をそれぞれ 90度で反射する光路 L1の経路を迪り、出力側光フ アイバー 21の最右端にある出力側光ファイバ一 21aに導かれる。

以上説明したように、光導波路切り換え装置 1において、プリズムミラー 10を X方向 に駆動するァクチユエータとして、光ヘッド装置などで用いられている磁気駆動式ァ クチユエータを用い、このァクチユエータでプリズムミラー 10を X方向の所定の位置ま で移動させる。また、可動体 2は、 X方向の所定位置において、クランプ機構 40によ つて固定側部材 13に押し付け固定される。従って、可動体 2は、 X方向の所定位置 に確実に位置決めされるので、外部から振動などが伝わってきても、可動体 2は、 X 方向にずれることがなぐ光の出射位置の安定性が高レ、。また、可動体 2をクランプ 機構 40によって固定側部材 13に押し付け固定した状態で、可動体 2および固定側 部材 13の各々に所定ピッチで形成されている V字溝 30、 31が嚙み合う。従って、可 動体 2は、 X方向の所定位置に確実に位置決めされる。し力も、可動体 2の X方向で の位置決めに V字溝 30、 31を用いたため、図 4(d)、(e)に示すように、可動体 2の停 止位置に誤差があつたとしても、可動体 2が固定側部材 13に固定される段階では当 該誤差が修正され、入射した光を所定の出力側光ファイバ一に確実に導くことができ る。
[0053] また、光路を切り換えるための光反射部材として、直角プリズムからなるプリズムミラ 一 10を用いたため、入射光軸と出射光軸を平行に設定できる。従って、入射側の光 導波路および出射側の光導波路のレイアウトが容易である。また、プリズムミラー 10と レ、つた一般的な光学部材を用いたので、光導波路切り換え装置 1のコストを低減する こと力 Sできる。
[0054] さらに、可動体 2をクランプ機構 40によって固定側部材 13を押し付け固定した状態 で、サスペンションワイヤ 4は、 Y方向の応力が加わらず、真っ直ぐに伸びた状態にあ る。このため、サスペンションワイヤ 4の疲労が少ないので、サスペンションワイヤ 4の 劣化を防止できるなど、光導波路切り換え装置 1の信頼性を向上することができる。
[0055] また、可動体 2は、板ばね 47の付勢力を受けたクランプ部材 41によって固定側部 材 13に押し付け固定され、その間、駆動コイル 5、 6への給電、およびソレノイド 45、 46への給電が停止される。従って、駆動コイル 5、 6やソレノイド 45、 46に対して、常 時給電する必要がないので、光導波路切り換え装置 1の消費電力を削減することが できる。
[0056] また、可動体 2の X方向への移動経路、プリズムミラー搭載部 1 1の下面 l l a、およ び固定側部材 13に形成された固定部 15の上面 15aは、互いに平行である。従って 、可動体 2は、クランプ姿勢と同一姿勢で駆動されるので、 X方向に駆動後、そのまま の姿勢でスムーズにクランプされることとなる。それ故、光導波路切り換え装置 1の光 導波路切り換え動作が安定する。 [0057] さらに、 4本のサスペンションワイヤ 4の可動体 2の支持位置 (サスペンションワイヤ 4 の先端部分)の中心位置と、可動体 2全体の重心位置とが略一致している。また、磁 気駆動回路によって可動体 2に加わる X方向への推力の中心と、可動体 2全体の重 心位置とが略一致している。従って、可動体 2を X方向に移動させる際、あるいは停 止させる際に、可動体 2の上下左右の振れを小さくすることができる。それ故、光導波 路切り換え装置 1の光導波路の切り換え動作が安定している。

実施の形態 1では、本発明を各種光スィッチのうち、光導波路切り換え装置に適用 した例であるが、本発明を可変光減衰器に適用してもよい。この場合、プリズムミラー 10に対する磁気駆動回路やクランプ機構などの構成は、実施の形態 1と同一である ため、共通する部分については、詳細な説明を省略する。
[0059] 図 5は、本発明を適用した可変光減衰器の基本原理を模式的に示す説明図である 。図 5において、本形態の可変光減衰器 100は、一本の入力側光ファイバ一 200か ら可変光減衰器 100に入射する光を、適宜減衰させて、出力側光ファイバ一 210に 出力するものである。出力側光ファイバ一 210への光の出力を所望の値とするため に、出力光の一部をモニターするモニター用光ファイバ一 230が設けられている。ま た、モニター用光ファイバ一 230に入射する光の値により、プリズムミラー 10の停止 位置をフィードバック制御するための制御回路 (図示せず)を備えている。
[0060] 可変光減衰器 100は X方向に移動可能な直角プリズムミラー 10を搭載している。入 力側光ファイバ一 200から出射された光は、プリズムミラー 10に入射する前に、コリメ 一トレンズ 22により、コリメート光となっている。

この状態では、入力側光ファイバ一 200から出射された光は、一定の幅でプリズムミ ラー 10内の第 1の斜面 102と第 2の斜面 103をそれぞれ 90度で反射された光路を迪 り、斜面 101から光束 L10が出射される。このとき、出射された光は、出力側光フアイ バー 210、およびモニター用光ファイバ一 230の双方に入射する。従って、モニター 用光ファイバ一 230を介して、プリズムミラー 10から出射された光をモニターし、その モニター結果に基づいて、プリズムミラー 10を X方向に移動させれば、出力側光ファ ィバー 210に導かれる光を所定の減衰率に制御できる。
[0062] 例えば、プリズムミラー 10が実線で示す位置にあるとき、モニター用光ファイバ一 2 30を介してのモニター結果に基づいて、プリズムミラー 10を X方向の点線で示す位 置まで移動させれば、プリズムミラー 10内での光軸位置がずれるので、斜面 101から は、光束 L20が出射される。従って、出力側光ファイバ一 210に入射する光量が低 減すること力 Sできる。
[0063] ここで、可変光減衰器 100では、入力光を適宜減衰させ出力するために、プリズム ミラー 10の移動ピッチを微細に制御する必要がある。そのため、図 2および図 3に示 す可動体 2、および固定側部材 13に形成する V字溝 30、 31の X方向のピッチにつ いては l z mに設定される。

上記形態では、可動体 2の X方向への位置決めを行うための凹凸として、可動体 2 および固定側部材 13に対して、連続した V字溝 30、 31を形成して、可動体 2および 固定側部材 13の双方に断面 V字状凹部および断面 V字状凸部を形成したが、例え ば、図 6(a)に示すように、可動体 2に対して断面 V字状凸部 3(/ を所定ピッチで形 成する一方、固定側部材 13に対して、断面 V字状凹部 を所定ピッチで形成し てもよレ、。また、図示を省略するが、図 6(a)とは反対に、可動体 2に対して断面 V字状 凹部を所定ピッチで形成する一方、固定側部材 13に対して、断面 V字状凸部を所定 ピッチで形成してもよい。
[0065] また、図 6(b)に示すように、可動体 2に対して断面円形の凸部 30〃 を所定ピッチで 形成する一方、固定側部材 13に対して、断面円形の凹部 31" を所定ピッチで形成 してもよレ、。また、図示を省略するが、図 6(b)とは反対に、可動体 2に対して断面円形 の凹部を所定ピッチで形成する一方、固定側部材 13に対して、断面円形の凸部を 所定ピッチで形成してもよレ、。
[0066] さらに、上記形態では、クランプ機構 40を可動体 2に対して、光の入出射側に構成 したが、図 7に示すように、クランプ機構 40を可動体 2に対して光の入出射側と反対 側に配置すれば、ファイバーアレイ 3のレイアウトが容易になるという利点がある。
[0067] さらにまた、可動体 2を固定側部材 13に押し付け固定するためのばね部材として、 上記形態では、クランプ板 41の先端部に板ばね 47を配置した力 このようなばね部 材としては、板ばね 47に限らず、コイルばねを用いてもよい。また、クランプ板 41自 身を板ばねで構成してもよレ、。
[0068] また、上記実施の形態において、固定側部材 13の上面のうち、可動体 2が沈み込 んでくる領域に、可動体 2の下面を受けるコイルばねなどを姿勢調整手段として配置 してもよレ、。このように構成すると、可動体 2が磁気駆動回路によって駆動されるときと 、クランプ機構 40によってクランプされたときとの間で、可動体 2が傾くのを防止する こと力 Sできる。
産業上の利用可能性
[0069] 本発明において、可動体は、磁気駆動回路によって X方向の所定位置まで駆動さ れた後、クランプ機構によって固定側部材に押し付け固定される。従って、外部から 振動などが伝わってきても、可動体は、 X方向にずれることがなく光の出射位置の安 定性が高い。それ故、信頼性の高い光スィッチを実現できる。

Claims

請求の範囲
[1] 互いに直交する方向をそれぞれ X方向、 Y方向、および Z方向としたときに、
Z方向から入射してきた光を反射して X方向にずれた所定位置から出射するための 光反射部材が搭載された可動体と、
該可動体を X方向および Y方向に移動可能に支持する固定側部材と、 前記可動体を X方向および Y方向に駆動する磁気駆動回路とを有する光スィッチ 装置において、
前記可動体が駆動されるときには当該可動体を解放し、当該可動体が X方向の所 定位置まで駆動されたときに当該可動体を Y方向に押圧して前記固定側部材に押し 付け固定するクランプ機構を有することを特徴とする光スィッチ装置。
[2] 請求項 1において、前記クランプ機構は、前記可動体を前記固定側部材に向けて 押圧するための押圧部と、該押圧部が前記可動体を前記固定側部材に向けて押し 付け固定する付勢力を発生させるばね部材と、該ばね部材の付勢力に抗して、前記 押圧部を前記可動体から離間させるソレノイドとを備えていることを特徴とする光スィ ツチ装置。
[3] 請求項 1において、前記可動体、および前記固定側部材において互いに Y方向で 対向する領域の各々には、前記クランプ機構によって前記可動体が前記固定側部 材に押し付け固定されるときに互いに嚙み合って前記可動体の X方向における位置 決めを行う凹凸が X方向に沿って各々複数、所定ピッチで形成されていることを特徴 とする光スィッチ装置。
[4] 請求項 3において、前記可動体に形成されている前記凹凸は、断面 V字状凹部お よび断面 V字状凸部のうちの少なくとも一方を備え、前記固定側部材に形成されてい る凹凸は、断面 V字状凹部および断面 V字状凸部のうちの少なくとも他方を備えてい ることを特徴とする光スィッチ装置。
[5] 請求項 3において、前記可動体および前記固定側部材では、前記凹凸の形成領 域と、前記可動体の X方向への移動経路とが平行であることを特徴とする光スィッチ 装置。
[6] 請求項 1において、前記固定側部材は、複数本のサスペンションワイヤによって前 記可動体を支持してレ、ることを特徴とする光スィッチ装置。
[7] 請求項 6において、前記可動体は、前記クランプ機構によって前記固定側部材に 向けて押し付け固定されたときの Y方向における位置と、前記磁気駆動回路による Y 方向への推力が加わっていないときの Y方向における位置とがー致していることを特 徴とする光スィッチ装置。
[8] 請求項 6において、前記サスペンションワイヤによる前記可動体の支持中心位置と 、当該可動体全体の重心位置とがー致していることを特徴とする光スィッチ装置。
[9] 請求項 6において、前記磁気駆動回路によって前記可動体に加わる X方向への推 力の中心位置と、当該可動体全体の重心位置とがー致していることを特徴とする光 スィッチ装置。
[10] 請求項 6において、前記可動体および前記固定側部材では、前記可動体の X方向 への移動経路と、前記クランプ機構によって前記可動体が押し付け固定される前記 固定側部材の固定領域とが平行であることを特徴とする光スィッチ装置。
[11] 請求項 1において、前記光反射部材は、光が Z方向から入出射する斜面、該斜面 力 入射してきた光を X方向に反射する第 1の反射面、および該第 1の反射面に対し て直交し、当該第 1の反射面から反射してきた光を前記斜面に向けて反射する第 2 の反射面を備えた直角プリズムであることを特徴とする光スィッチ装置。
[12] 請求項 1において、前記可動体が前記磁気駆動回路によって駆動されるときと、前 記クランプ機構によってクランプされたときとの間で、前記可動体の傾きを防止する姿 勢調整手段を有してレヽることを特徴とする光スィッチ装置。
[13] 請求項 1ないし 12のいずれかにおいて、前記光反射部材の光入出射面に対峙す る位置には、共通の入力用光導光路、および複数本の出力用導光路が X方向に配 列されてレ、ることを特徴とする光スィッチ装置。
[14] 請求項 3ないし 5のいずれかにおいて、前記光反射部材の光入出射面に対峙する 位置には、共通の入力用光導光路、および複数本の出力用導光路が X方向に配列 され、
前記凹凸のピッチは、 125 μ mであることを特徴とする光スィッチ装置。
[15] 請求項 1ないし 12のいずれかにおいて、前記光反射部材の光入出射面に対峙す る位置には、入力用光導光路、出力用光導光路、およびモニター用光導光路が X方 向に配列されてレ、ることを特徴とする光スィッチ装置。
請求項 3ないし 5のいずれかにおいて、前記光反射部材の光入出射面に対峙する 位置には、入力用光導光路、出力用光導光路、およびモニター用光導光路が X方 向に配列され、
前記凹凸のピッチは、 1 μ mであることを特徴とする光スィッチ装置。
