Definitions
- Ozone can be easily generated by silently discharging oxygen as a raw material with an ozonizer or by irradiating ultraviolet rays from a mercury lamp or the like. It is desirable that the raw material oxygen has a high purity that does not contain impurities such as argon and nitrogen as much as possible, but if these impurities can be sufficiently separated when separating ozone and oxygen, an industrial purity of about 99.5% can be obtained. Oxygen for use can also be used as raw material oxygen.
