Abstract

La présente invention concerne de nouveaux substrats chromogéniques enzymatiques pour la détection chez des micro-organismes d'une activité aminopeptidase ou pour définir l'appartenance d'au moins une bactérie au groupe des Gram positifs ou des Gram négatifs selon sa coloration. L'invention concerne également des milieux de culture contenant de tels substrats, l'utilisation des substrats ou des milieux pour la détection d'activités aminopeptidases et/ou la différentiation de bactéries à Grain positif par rapport à des bactéries à Gram négatif et des procédés d'utilisation. Ces nouveaux substrats ont la formule suivante dans laquelle, R1 est rien ou un groupement alkyle, allyle, aryle, R2 est constitué par au moins un acide aminé, préférentiellement alanine, R3, R4, R5 et R6 sont constitués indépendamment l'un de l'autre par H- ou -O-alkyle, préférentiellement -O-CH3, et R7 est constitué par H, O-CH3, alkyle ou halogène, R8 est constitué par H ou Cl, et n est un chiffre entier correspondant à 0 ou 1. L'invention trouve une application préférentielle dans le domaine du diagnostic.
