Abstract
"SUBSTRATOS ENZIMáTICOS, MEIOS DE CULTURA CONTENDO OS MESMOS E APLICAçãO DOS MESMOS DE MODO A DETECTAR ATIVIDADE DE AMINOPEPTIDASE E/OU DIFERENCIAR BACTéRIAS GRAM-POSITIVAS DE BACTéRIAS GRAM-NEGATIVAS". A presente invenção refere-se a novos substratos cromogênicos os quais são usados para detectar atividade de aminopeptidase em microorganismos ou para determinar se no mínimo uma bactéria pertence ao grupo Gram-positivo ou ao grupo Gram-negativo de acordo com a cor da mesma. A invenção refere-se também a meios de cultura contendo os substratos referidos, à aplicação dos substratos ou meios para a detecção de atividades de aminopeptidase e/ou a diferenciação de bactérias Gram-positivas de bactérias Gram-negativas e a métodos de aplicação. Os novos substratos mencionados acima têm a fórmula abaixo: na qual: * R~ 1~ é nada ou um grupo alquíla, alila ou arila, * R~ 2~ consiste em no mínimo um aminoácido, preferencialmente alanina, e R~ 3~, R~ 4~, R~ 5~ e R~ 6~ consistem, de modo independente um do outro, em H- ou -O-alquila, preferencialmente -0-CH3, R~ 7~ consiste em H, 0-CH3, alquila ou halogênio, R~ 8~ consiste em H ou Cl, e n é um inteiro correspondente a O ou 1. A invenção é particularmente adequada para aplicação no campo de diagnóstico.
