Abstract

El presente porta-recipientes consiste en un soporte que se puede emplear para realizar el transporte conjunto de vasos, latas de bebidas, recipientes con comidas, etc.... que con estructura laminar plegable y desechable permite ser utilizado como bandeja de transporte para recipientes con líquidos y sólidos, además de tener una gran superficie exterior apta para ser utilizada como soporte publicitario.

Description

Porta-recipientes mejorado.
La presente invención se refiere a un porta-recipientes, es decir, a un soporte que se puede emplear para realizar el transporte de un conjunto de vasos, latas de bebidas, recipientes con comidas, etc.. que, con estructura laminar plegable y con un carácter desechable, permite ser utilizado como bandeja de transporte para recipientes con líquidos y sólidos cuya gran superficie exterior constituye un soporte publicitario. En numerosas situaciones una sola persona necesita transportar recipientes con elementos líquidos y sólidos en tal cantidad que es muy difícil evitar el verter parte de los líquidos productos transportados durante el trayecto. Normalmente ocurre en situaciones no previstas en las que se carece de una bandeja o bolsa que mejore éste transporte, limitándose el usuario a realizar equilibrios con las manos. El problema se incrementa cuando se requiere transportar vasos con bebidas calientes y además transportar sobres de azúcar, sobres de infusiones o cucharillas, helados, hamburguesas, patatas fritas o palomitas de maíz.
En algunas situaciones se improvisa algún medio de transporte para estos recipientes como son las bandejas de cartón formadas por tapas de embalajes de papel, o incluso, cartones de embalaje de cajetillas de cigarrillos. Este último caso es fácil de observar en las proximidades de zonas urbanas con oficinas y así se puede ver cómo se traslada un cliente de una cafetería hasta su lugar de trabajo con un embalaje para tabaco con varios vasos de café en su interior para llevar a sus compañeros. En la actualidad existen algunos modelos de bandejas o bolsas concebidas para el transporte de recipientes con alimentos, plegables y desechables pero carecen de características importantes que hacen que el modelo, objeto de la presente memoria, sea realmente útil y necesario.
El soporte para el transporte de recipientes que la memoria propone ha sido concebido para mejorar el transporte en conjunto de bebidas frías y/o calientes así como alimentos y latas, presentando una superficie exterior de tales características que su uso como soporte publicitario haría que el coste se redujera tanto que el dispositivo se podría entregar gratuitamente en restaurantes de comida rápida (fast-foods), cafeterías, en estadios y eventos deportivos, para que los clientes puedan transportar la productos adquiridos fuera del local, hasta el lugar dónde se desee, de manera cómoda, segura y realizando una labor publicitaria directa. En muchos restaurantes de comida rápida que introducen los vasos con líquidos en bolsas no preparadas para tal fin se da la circunstancia de que durante el trayecto los vasos tienden a moverse y en muchos casos derraman el líquido contenido en su interior manchando no sólo la bolsa sino cualquier otra superficie en contacto con ella.
El modelo que se describe en la presente memoria está conformado por una pieza laminar semirígida, adecuadamente troquelada para que, mediante un plegado sencillo, asimismo adecuado, pueda configurar un cuerpo prismático rectangular con orificios circulares en su superficie superior, preparados para alojar vasos de diferentes diámetros, que actúan como moldes para los vasos que ha de transportar y adosada a esta superficie dos solapas verticales con orificios en sus extremos que actúan como asas y por su paredes laterales exteriores dos amplias solapas que cierran los laterales del modelo y en cuyos extremos se encuentran el sistema de enganche entre ellas y las solapas verticales interiores formadas por ranuras y lengüetas verticales que pueden ser empleadas, estas últimas, para sostener otros recipientes adicionales con ranura lateral, como pueden ser los vasos para palomitas de maíz. Además incluye dos parejas de brazos que actúan como enganches laterales para mejorar el cierre del conjunto.
En el cuerpo central del modelo se podrán colocar un número par de vasos así como otros recipientes o pequeñas bandejas en su interior que quedan ubicados en un cuerpo conformado a partir de la lámina base troquelada realizando el plegado oportuno de las superficies planas para conseguir la estructura tridimensional final.
Para complementar la descripción que se está realizando y con objeto de ayudar a una mejor comprensión de las características del invento, se acompaña a la presente memoria descriptiva, como parte integrante de la misma, un juego de dibujos en donde con carácter ilustrativo y no limitativo, se ha representado lo siguiente:

A la vista de estas figuras se puede observar que el porta recipientes está formado por un cuerpo laminar en el que se definen cinco sectores diferenciados, donde el sector central (a) constituye la base del modelo, dos sectores rectangulares (b) están destinados a formar los soportes para alojar vasos de diferentes diámetros (c) para los recipientes y además contienen las solapas que conformarán en sus extremos las asas del modelo (e) y (f), y otras dos solapas curvadas (d), sistema de fijación (g) dispuesto así mismo para enganchar envases de palomitas con ranura adecuada para dicho enganche.así como paneles publicitarios exteriores que proporciona su superficie (h), ranuras de enganche (i), lengüetas con enganche (j) y vaso para palomitas con ranura de enganche (k). El sistema de fijación (g) de las solapas exteriores puede estar formado por unas lengüetas troqueladas que se han de introducir en unas ranuras (i) de las solapas curvadas (d) para conformar la fijación y asegurar el cierre del modelo. La fijación se complementa por dos pares de lengüetas (j) ubicadas en los laterales de las solapas curvadas (d). Evidentemente la superficie exterior del modelo estará impresa con gráficos o textos publicitarios o informativos.
La superficie interior del modelo puede incluso llevar impresa información de cualquier tipo, ya sean consejos publicitarios, recetas de restauración, etc.. El sistema de montaje es muy sencillo ya que, partiendo de la estructura laminar que se observa en la figura 1, mediante el doblado de las diferentes zonas troqueladas y realizando las fijaciones (i), (j) de las solapas laterales (b), se pueden colocar los recipientes con líquidos o sólidos a transportar en las diferentes superficies y orificios disponibles, tal y como se puede observar en las figuras 2 y 3.
Antes de asegurar una de la fijaciones laterales (i) es posible introducir en la cavidad inferior, sobre la superficie (a), recipientes con elementos sólidos, así como elementos adicionales como pueden ser sobres de azúcar, cucharillas, factura, etc, lo cual se puede apreciar en la figura 3. Por último, las lengüetas de enganche (g) de sistema de fijación de las solapas exteriores pueden ser empleadas como soporte para otros recipientes adicionales, como puede ser los vasos para palomitas de maíz, que deben disponer de una pequeña ranura vertical (k) en una de sus caras laterales. Dentro de la esencialidad de la invención, caben las variantes de detalle, asimismo protegidas y así podrá variar la cantidad de orificios para vasos, contornos del sistema de enganche o fijación de las uniones estructurales y, desde luego, cualesquiera las dimensiones y materias en que se realice.

Claims

REIVINDICACIONES 1.- Porta-recipientes mejorado.- especialmente concebido para actuar como sistema de transporte de recipientes con elementos líquidos o sólidos, fríos o calientes, esencialmente caracterizado por estar constituido por un cuerpo homogéneo plano, preferentemente de cartón, cuyo plegado por solapas laterales troqueladas conforma un receptáculo tridimensional, con superficies horizontales y que incorpora cavidades circulares, en los que ubican los recipientes a transportar.
2.- Porta-recipientes mejorado.- según reivindicación 1a , caracterizado porque la superficie exterior de las solapas laterales conforman una superficie diseñada para actuar como soporte publicitario.
3.- Porta-recipientes mejorado.- según reivindicación 1a caracterizado porque las solapas que incluyen los orificios para recipientes con líquidos presentan en sus extremos unas ranuras que, al ser plegadas y fijadas por una lengüeta de enganche, conforman un asa para el transporte.
4.- Porta-recipientes mejorado.- según reivindicación 1a y 3a reivindicación caracterizado porque las solapas laterales presentan en lengüetas adicionales en su laterales con enganches en sus extremos, así como unas ranuras centrales que, al ser plegadas y fijadas por unas lengüetas de enganche ubicadas en las solapas interiores y cuyos extremos pueden ser utilizados como soportes para recipientes con ranuras laterales, permiten reforzar la estabilidad de la estructura del modelo.
5.- Porta-recipientes mejorado.- según reivindicación 1a, caracterizado por presentar una serie de cavidades circulares con abertura en forma de estrella que permite alojar vasos de diferente diámetro.
