Abstract

Porta recipientes diseñado para ser empleado en el transporte de un conjunto de vasos, latas de bebidas, recipientes con comidas, etc… que con una estructura laminar plegable y con un caràcter desechable, permite ser utilizado como bandeja de transporte cuya superficie exterior constituye un soporte publicitario y con la posibilidad de union de varios modelos iguales para incrementar la capacidad de transporte.

Porta-recipientes mejorado con sistema de enganche múltiple.
La presente invención se refiere a un porta-recipientes, es decir, a una estructura de soporte diseñada para ser empleada para realizar el transporte de un conjunto de vasos, latas de bebidas, recipientes con comidas, etc.. que, con estructura laminar plegable y con un carácter desechabie, permite ser utilizado como bandeja de transporte para recipientes con líquidos, que permite la unión de varios modelos iguales para incrementar la capacidad de transporte, y cuya superficie exterior constituye un soporte publicitario. Son variadas las situaciones en las que se necesita transportar vasos con bebidas, sobres de azúcar, cucharillas, etc. en tal cantidad que es muy difícil evitar el verter parte de los líquidos productos transportados durante el trayecto. Esto ocurre en circunstancias en las que se carece de una bandeja o bolsa que mejore éste transporte, limitándose el usuario a realizar equilibrios con las manos.
Algunas veces el usuario improvisa algún medio de transporte para estos recipientes como son las bandejas de cartón formadas por tapas de embalajes de papel, o incluso, cartones de embalaje de cajetillas de cigarrillos. Este último caso es fácil de observar en las proximidades de zonas urbanas con oficinas y así se puede ver cómo se traslada un cliente de una cafetería hasta su lugar de trabajo con un embalaje para tabaco con varios vasos de café para sus compañeros. En la actualidad existen algunos modelos de bandejas o bolsas concebidas para el transporte de recipientes con alimentos, plegables y desechables pero carecen de características importantes que hacen que el modelo, objeto de la presente memoria, sea realmente útil y necesario.
El soporte para el transporte de recipientes que la memoria propone ha sido concebido para mejorar las características de los modelos que se usan en actualidad para el transporte de recipientes de bebidas frías y/o calientes así como alimentos, presentando una superficie exterior preparada para actuar como panel publicitario que hace que el coste se reduce tanto que el dispositivo se puede entregar gratuitamente en los restaurantes o cafeterías para que los clientes puedan transportar fácilmente los vasos adquiridos hasta el lugar dónde se desee, de manera cómoda, segura y realizando una labor publicitaria directa. El modelo que se describe en la presente memoria está conformado por una pieza laminar semi-rígida, adecuadamente troquelada para que, mediante un plegado mejorado fácil y sencillo, asimismo adecuado, pueda configurar un cuerpo prismático rectangular con dos orificios circulares en su superficie superior interior que actúan como cavidades para los vasos que ha de transportar y cuyas superficies laterales se usan como soporte publicitario y la superficie puede llevar impreso las instrucciones de montaje, indicador de contenido de los vasos transportados y ranuras para llevar cucharillas. Además dispone de lengüetas verticales que son empleadas no solo para actuar como enganche de la estructura sino para actuar como enganche para otros porta recipientes similares. Para complementar la descripción que se está realizando y con objeto de ayudar a una mejor comprensión de las características del invento, se acompaña a la presente memoria descriptiva, como parte integrante de la misma, un juego de dibujos en donde con carácter ilustrativo y no limitativo, se ha representado lo siguiente:

(1), dos caras frontal y trasera (2) que se doblan para conformar los orificios para los vasos (3) y el asa del modelo (4), lengüetas de anclaje y enganche múltiple (5), ranuras para lengüetas de anclaje (6), orificios para cucharillas (7), lengüeta de unión del contorno (8), zona de pegado de unión del contorno (9), zona de unión de la base (10) sobre la zona (11 ) y zona de unión de la base (12) sobre la zona (13). El modelo tal y como se observa en la figura 1, se obtiene a partir de la lamina de la figura 2. Realizando la unión con algún adhesivo apropiado de la lengüeta 8 sobre la zona 9 y la unión de las zonas 10-11 y 12-13, el modelo se puede plegar hasta adquirir la forma que se puede observar en la figura 3, de menor superficie y completamente plana para su distribución. Debido a las uniones realizadas sobre la lámina base, el montaje es muy sencillo ya que basta con efectuar un giro rápido hacia la izquierda para ajustar el fondo del modelo como se aprecia en la figura 4, unir las dos asas (2) en el centro y bajándolas hasta hacer coincidir las lengüetas (5) con las ranuras de anclaje (6), logrando la que el modelo adopte definitivamente la forma que se observa en la figura 1. Las asas (4) disponen de una línea de trepado o debilitamiento que ceden para poder introducir los dedos para el transporte del modelo. Para poder llevar cucharillas, la superficie horizontal que queda alrededor de los orificios para los vasos (3) presenta un orificio cuadrado (7) por el que se pueden introducir. El ancho de las ranuras de anclaje (6) está diseñado para permitir la introducción de la lengüeta de enganche (5) de otro modelo igual al descrito en la presente memoria, de forma que tomando dos modelos base enganchados por la lengüeta y ranura, disponemos de un porta- recipientes para cuatro vasos, tal y como se observa en la figura 5. Gracias a esta última posibilidad, el asa (4) que se observa en las figuras presenta una disposición asimétrica respecto al eje vertical frontal, de forma que se recomienda confrontar la lengüeta y ranura de enganche de los dos modelos con los orificios de los modelos más cercanos, tal y como se aprecia en la figura 5, que facilita el transporte de ambos con misma mano.
Un recipiente adicional que disponga de una ranura compatible con la lengüeta de enganche (5) tal y como se observa en la figura 6, es posible anclarlo a una combinación de porta-recipientes de forma que se amplía la capacidad de transporte de objetos, tal y como se observa en la figura 7.
La superficie interior del modelo lleva impresa información, de cualquier tipo, ya sea acerca del sistema de montaje, indicadores del tipo de bebidas que se transportan, consejos publicitarios, recetas de restauración, etc.. La superficie exterior puede estar dedicada completamente a soporte publicitario.
Dentro de la esencialidad de la invención, caben las variantes de detalle, asimismo protegidas y así podrá variar la cantidad de orificios para vasos, contornos del sistema de enganche o fijación de las uniones estructurales y, desde luego, cualesquiera las dimensiones y materias en que se realice.

Claims

REIVINDICACIONES 1.- Porta-recipientes mejorado con sistema de enganche múltiple. - especialmente concebido para actuar como sistema de transporte de vasos con líquidos fríos o calientes, esencialmente caracterizado por estar constituido por un cuerpo homogéneo plano, preferentemente de cartoncillo, cuyo plegado por caras laterales troqueladas conforma un receptáculo tridimensional, con dos superficies horizontales y que incorporan orificios circulares, en los que ubican los recipientes a transportar y porque dispone de unas lengüetas de enganche que sobresalen del contorno que permite el enganche con otros modelos similares que incrementan la capacidad de transporte.
2.- Porta-recipientes mejorado con sistema de enganche múltiple. - según reivindicación 1a, caracterizado porque los cuatro contornos de la superficie exterior del cuerpo formado están diseñados para actuar como soporte publicitario.
3.- Porta-recipientes mejorado con sistema de enganche múltiple. - según reivindicación 1a, caracterizado porque las solapas que incluyen los orificios para vasos presentan en sus extremos unas ranuras asimétricas que, al ser fijadas por la lengüeta que se obtiene presionando la línea de trepado del troquel que presenta, conforman un asa para el transporte. La forma asimétrica de dicha asa respecto al eje vertical frontal se debe a la mejora de diseño del transporte cuando se enganchan dos modelos ¡guales que sólo requiere una mano del usuario para su transporte.
