Abstract

本発明は、一群の暖かい、または冷たい飲み物、ソーダ缶、食品容器などを運ぶのに使用されるように設計され、薄板からなる折り畳み式の構造を備え、使い捨ての性質を有し、運搬トレイとして使用可能であり、外面が広告スペースを構成するような、飲物運搬具に言及している。

Description

本発明は、容器の運搬具、すなわち、一群のカップ、ソーダ缶、食品容器などを運ぶのに使用されるように設計された運搬具であって、折り畳み式の積層構造を備え、使い捨ての性質を有し、液体及び固体の容器の双方に対し運搬トレイとして使用可能であり、輸送力を高めるために多数の同類の運搬具を接合し、広告媒体として広い外面を有するような、運搬具について言及している。
飲物、砂糖袋、スプーン、カップなどを一緒に運ぶことが必要になる状況は数多く存在し、またそうしたものは、運搬の途中でそれらのうち幾つかを落とさないようにすることは非常に難しい。こうした状況は、利用者が手でバランスを取ることが難しく、それらをより安全に移動させるトレイまたは袋が不足している状況の中で生じる。
ときによって、これら容器の輸送媒体は、紙の容器から組み立てられるボール紙のトレイが使われ、あるいはタバコのダンボール箱でさえも、間に合わせに使われる。後者は、客が仲間の従業員のためにタバコの段ボール箱に幾つかのコーヒーカップを入れて運ぶのをよく見うける、都会のビジネスエリアにおいて最も多く観察される。
食品の容器を運ぶために着想が要求される業界では、幾つかの折り畳み式の使い捨て袋の形態が存在するが、それらは、本発明の目的である、その形態を本当に実用的で必要なものにするという重要な特質が欠けている。
本明細書で提案する容器の運搬具は、食品の容器と同様に、冷たい及び／または暖かい飲み物を運搬するために昨今使用される運搬具の特徴的特質を向上するように考えられており、広告媒体として使用される特徴から、外面を見せるようにすることで、生産コストを大きく削減させることができ、同運搬具はレストランやカフェに無料で供与される。このように、客は安全で快適な方法で、望む場所に購入した物品を運ぶことができると共に、直接的に広告を見せることができる。
本明細書に記述されている発明は、事前に適宜カットされた半剛性の積層エレメントからなることから、シンプルで適切に改良された折り畳み工程によって、上面に、運搬する必要があるカップに対して受けの機能を果たす丸穴を備え、側面は広告媒体として使用される、長方形の色鮮やかな運搬具一式を作ることができ、表面に、印刷された組立て方の説明や、カップの内容を表示したり、スプーンの挿し込み方などを掲載することもできる。この発明はまた、その運搬具を接続するためだけでなく、他の容器の運搬具に取り付けるのにも使用される垂直のフラップを有している。
上記の記述を支持し本発明の特徴をより良く理解することを目的として、この記述的な明細書に、その欠くことのできない部分として、以下の内容が示され、説明に役立ち且つ限定的な意図をもたない一連の図面を添付している。
図面により確認できるように、飲み物運搬具は積層体によって形成され、同積層体において、２つの側面（１）、カップ用の開口（３）及び把手（４）を形成するために折り畳まれる前後側面（２）、複数の取着及び接続フラップ（５）、接続フラップ用スロット（６）、スプーン用穴（７）、外形接続フラップ（８）、外形接続接着剤領域（９）、領域（１１）を越えるベース接続領域（１０）、及び領域（１３）を越えるベース結合領域（１２）が定義される。
図１に示すように、容器運搬具は図２に示す板材から得られる。領域１０と１１及び１２と１３の結合と共に、フラップ９の結合を適切な接着剤で行うことによって、容器運搬具は、流通用に表面積を小さくして、全体的に平坦となるように、図３に示すような形状になるまで折り畳むことができる。
ベースプレートを越えて結合がなされるため、組み立ては極めて簡単であって、図４に示す運搬具の底面を調整するため、左方向へと素早く回転させるようにするだけが必要であり、２つの把手（２）を中心に向けて合わせてから、それらをフラップ（５）が取付スロット（６）に合致するまで押し下げ、図１に示すような最終形状をモデルは達成可能となる。
把手（４）は、運搬具を運ぶために一旦指を押し入れると折り込まれて、穴の開いた外観を有する。
スプーンを運ぶことが出来るように、カップ開口（３）を囲む水平な表面に、スプーンを導入可能な四角い開口（７）を与えている。
接続スロット（６）の幅は、本明細書におけるモデルに類似した他のモデルの取付フラップ（５）の挿入を考慮して設計されているため、フラップ及びスロットによって取り付けられた２つの運搬具を連結させると、図５で示すように、４つの飲物までの飲物運搬具となる。
この最終のやり方のおかげで、図面に示される把手（４）は正面の垂直軸に対して非相称の配置を呈しており、従って、図５に示すように、閉じられた運搬具の開くことにより２つの運搬具のスロットとフラップを取着させることができ、これによって同じ手で双方の運搬具を運搬することを容易にする。
図６に示すように、取付フラップ（５）に適合するスロットを有する追加容器を、２つの前記運搬具の組合せに追加することができ、これによって図７に示すように、より多くの物品を運搬するオプションが拡大する。
運搬具の内面には、組み立て説明書や広告、レストランのレシピなど、あらゆる種類のプリントされた情報も一緒に入れることができる。
また、その外面は全体的に広告媒体として使用することができる。
発明の本質の範囲内において、細部の変更も可能であり、その変更も同様に保護され、またカップ用の穴の大きさは変更可能であり、接続システムの形状または構造的接合の取付具や、また当然に、製造するのにあたって使われる寸法や材料が何であるかなども変更可能である。

Claims (1)

  1. 暖かいまたは冷たい飲み物の容器の機能を果たすように着想され、均質の平坦なボディ、好適にはボール紙製のボディで構成され、横向きに型抜きされた側面で折り畳まれた際に、運搬される容器が置かれる円形の開口（３）を組み込んだ２つの水平面を備えた三次元の容器に適合する、複数の接続システムを備えた改良型容器運搬具であって、
    その水平面は、極端な場合に折り目で区切られた領域であって、一旦９０度に自身が折り畳まれると、接続フラップ（５）と、把手（４）に適合する縦軸に関して非相称のスロットとを備えた垂直パネルに適合する領域を有し、耳形状のフラップ（５）を側端に備え、同フラップは、対向する横向きラペル（衿部）に位置する縦スロットに案内された際、接着剤を使用する必要のない、容器運搬具の保持及び持ち上げ機構に適合し、容器運搬具が組み立てられると、フラップ（５）は容器運搬具のベースに対して突出し、同様型をもつ相対する横向きラペルに位置する縦スロットに案内され、追加の容器運搬具に取り付けることを可能にしてなることを特徴とする、複数の接続システムを備えた改良型容器運搬具。
