具体实施方式
如图 1所示, 现有内燃机喉油管装置仅包括一个喉油管 1, 汽油直接通 过喉油管 1进入汽缸作功。
如图 2、 4所示, 喉油管 1下部出口处安装有雾化促进器 2, 它由三个叶 片 21、 与之轴接的轴 22、 十字固定支架 23及内套 24组成, 叶片 21可绕轴 22转动, 喉油管 1出口端内侧有一个轴肩, 十字固定支架 23放在轴肩处, 用与喉油管 1内侧卡紧的内套 24将雾化促进器 2固定在喉油管 1内,在供油 期间产生的气流使叶片飞速运转, 从而使其充分雾化。
如图 3所示, 为本实用新型带压差式阀门的内燃机喉油管装置结构示意 图, 喉油管 1上部安装有压差式阀门 3和 4, 其中, 压差式阀门 3用来进可 燃气体, 压差式阀门 4用来进空气, 汽油和可燃气体及空气通过雾化促进器 进一步充分地混合雾化。
工业应用性
喉油管的雾化促进器可以使汽油更充分的雾化; 内燃机喉油管装置安装 的压差式阀门用来进可燃气体, 另一个压差式阀门用来进空气, 可燃气体进 入喉油管后, 经过雾化促进器与汽油及空气充分混合雾化, 使之迅速膨胀, 且充分燃烧, 从而达到节油和环境保护之目的。

3、根据权利要求 2所述的内燃机喉油管装置, 其特征在于: 所述喉油管 的雾化促进器的上部设有一个以上的支管, 支管外接压差式阀门。
4、根据权利要求 3所述的内燃机喉油管装置, 其特征在于: 所述喉油管 的雾化促进器的上部设有两个支管, 分别接有一个压差式阀门。
