Abstract

La présente invention concerne un dispositif de cyclage thermique destiné au cyclage thermique d'échantillons de matériel biologique contenus dans une microcarte présentant une surface supérieure et inférieure. Le dispositif de cyclage thermique peut comprendre un bloc d'échantillons présentant une surface supérieure conçue pour venir en contact avec la surface inférieure d'une microcarte, un appareil sous vide et un système de régulation de température relié fonctionnel au bloc d'échantillons. La surface supérieure du bloc d'échantillons peut comprendre une pluralité de canaux, les canaux définissant des espaces entre le bloc d'échantillons et la surface inférieure d'une microcarte qui peut être placée dessus. L'appareil sous vide peut être en communication fluidique avec le bloc d'échantillons de manière à évacuer le gaz des espaces définis par les canaux dans le bloc d'échantillons. L'appareil sous vide peut être conçu afin de maintenir sensiblement un vide entre le bloc d'échantillons et la microcarte, de sorte que la force de retenue est conférée à la microcarte de manière à presser la microcarte vers le bloc d'échantillons.
