当滤水器 2内的过滤棉 22在长时间使用后, 其内部残留的污秽物质较多时, 就会失去过滤、 清洁功能, 因此需要定期对设在滚筒 21 内部的过滤棉 22进行清 洁或更换, 为了减少过滤棉 22的使用成本, 只要启动马达 27, 带动滚筒 21作类 似于洗衣机的转动, 对设在其内部的过滤棉 22进行清洗, 此时过滤棉 22 也是滚 动的, 将污渍杂物送入分流器 31, 此时改变分流器 31 的分流方向, 使经滚筒 21 清洗后产生的污水经分流器 31后进入到外界的污水管道内。

如图 4所示, 本发明中的滤水器 2也可以设置在鱼缸或鱼池 1的顶部, 为此, 滤水器 2的外壳体 20在其内部设置有一搅拌器 4, 搅拌器 4与设在外壳体 20前侧 方的马达 27相联接, 并由马达 27带动其作搅拌动作。 外壳体 20在其顶部设有一 可开启以便放入过滤棉 22的端盖 23, 在其一侧底部设有一进水口 44, 进水口 44 通过一抽水泵 30与鱼缸或鱼池 1相连通, 在其另一侧的顶部设有一出水口 43, 当 滤水器在过滤时出水口 43与一个二次过滤器 32相连通, 在清洁过滤棉 22时, 出 水口 43通过管道 45与外界的污水管道相连通。
如图 5和图 6所示, 本发明的滤水器 2还可设成直立式结构, 并且设在滤水 器外壳体 20内部的搅拌器 4可以直立式设置, 也可以是倒置设置, 其中, 搅拌器 4为扇叶形, 以便对过滤棉进行充分地搅拌, 并且采用这种直立式结构, 显得整个 滤水器的结构更加紧凑, 体积小。
综上所述, 本发明的滤水器不仅不需要人手清洗过滤棉, 而且也无需经常更 换过滤棉, 从而可以降低过滤棉的使用成本, 进一步降低养鱼成本。

Claims

权 利 要 求
1 . 一种可自动清洁过滤棉的滤水器, 主要包括有一外壳体、过滤棉和抽水泵, 所述外壳体包括一个可被开启以便于放置所述过滤棉的端盖, 其特征在于, 外壳体 包括一个进水口和一个或一个以上的出水口, 并在外壳体内部设有一个能够对设 在其内部的过滤棉进行类似洗衣机原理清洗的清洗装置, 清洗装置与设在外壳体 外侧的马达相联接。
2. 根据权利要求 1所述的滤水器, 其特征在于, 清洗装置为一设在外壳体内 部的滚筒, 滚筒内部有所述过滤棉, 同时, 在其侧壁上设有多个滤孔, 滚筒与设 在外壳体后侧方的马达相联接; 外壳体设有一个进水口和一个出水口, 并在出水 口处连接有抽水泵, 抽水泵的出水口连接有一分流器。
3. 根据权利要求 2所述的滤水器, 其特征在于, 分流器在其一出水口处设有 一个二次筛检程式, 二次筛检程式在其内部设有活性炭。
4. 根据权利要求 1所述的滤水器, 其待征在于, 清洗装置为一设在外壳体内 部的搅拌器, 搅拌器与设在外壳体后侧方的马达相联接; 所述外壳体设有一个进 水口和两个出水口, 在其中一个出水口处通过抽水泵、 管道与鱼缸或鱼池相连接, 在另一个出水口处通过管道与外界污水管道相连接, 并在与外界污水管道相连接 的管道上设有一开关阀。
5. 根据权利要求 4所述的滤水器, 其特征在于, 外壳体在其一出水口处连接 有内设活性炭的二次过滤器, 二次活性过滤器与所述抽水泵相连接。
6. 根据权利要求 4所述的滤水器, 其特征在于, 搅拌器为扇叶式搅拌器。
7. 根据权利要求 1所述的滤水器, 其特征在于, 清洗装置为一设在外壳体内 部的搅拌器, 搅拌器与设在外壳体前侧方的马达相联接; 外壳体设有一个进水口 和一出水口, 其中在进水口处设有一抽水泵, 在出水口处设置有一个二次筛检程 式或排污管, 并在出水口处设有一开关阀。
8. 根据权利要求 1所述的滤水器, 其特征在于, 清洗装置为一设在外壳体内 部的搅拌器, 搅拌器与设在外壳体下侧方的马达相联接; 外壳体在其底部设一进 水口和一出水口, 在其顶部设一出水口, 并在进水口处设一抽水泵, 在底部出水 口处设一开关阀, 同时, 在顶部出水口处设一个内设活性炭的二次过滤器。
9. 根据权利要求 1所述的滤水器, 其特征在于, 清洗装置为一设在外壳体内 部的搅拌器, 搅拌器与设在外壳体上侧方的马达相联接; 外壳体在其顶部设一进 水口和一出水口, 并在进水口处设一抽水泵, 而在所述出水口处设一分流器, 同 时, 外壳体在其底部设有一个内设活性炭的二次过滤器。
10. 根据权利要求 8或 9所述的滤水器, 其特征在于, 在活性炭与过滤棉之 间设一过滤网。
11. 根据权利要求 1和 2所述的滤水器, 其特征在于, 所述滚筒上设有活动 盖或者滚筒是封闭的。
12. 根据权利要求 1 所述的滤水器, 其特征在于, 制作过滤棉的材料可以是 棉、 布、 网、 或者过滤海棉胶, 也可是空调机使用的滤网或滤线。
13. 根据权利要求 1或 12所述的滤水器, 其特征在于, 所述过滤棉可制成袋 状, 在袋内置入活性炭或加入活性炭的过滤棉棉芯。
