Definitions
- the invention relates to a holding system for shelves according to the preamble of the independent claim.
- Brackets for furniture are known from the prior art. These are used in a variety of ways. Frame boards are attached to frame posts by holding means, the attachment mostly taking place at the corners or on the side edges.
- Conventional holding means often consist of pegs or hooks which are hooked into corresponding openings on the frame posts. Shelves with such holding means generally have additional struts which serve to stabilize the shelf. The assembly and adjustment is complex and usually requires a lot of skill, skill and the use of special tools.
- the object of the invention is to show a holding system or a holding means that enables simple assembly and adjustment of furniture and that satisfies visually demanding requirements.
- the invention has a holding system with one or more holding means.
- the holding system is designed in such a way that it is suitable for adjusting the height of shelves on shelves, the holding means of the holding system preferably being designed in such a way that they can be operated via a central control element.
- the holding system for shelves has several holding means.
- the holding means can be operatively connected to assigned shelf posts. They have a locking mechanism which serves to lock the holding means in relation to the shelf post, and a central control element which is generally operatively connected to a plurality of locking mechanisms.
- the control element serves for the central operation of the locking mechanisms of the holding means of a shelf board, in such a way that it can be moved along the shelf posts and locked again.
- the holding means can be operatively connected to a correspondingly designed frame post.
- the active connection is preferably designed in such a way that it can be temporarily removed centrally by the control element.
- FIG. 1 shows a first embodiment of a holding system
- FIG. 2 shows a section of a shelf with a holding system according to the invention
- FIG. 3 shows a detail from FIG. 2
- I O Fig. 4 a shelf with several shelves
- Fig. 6 shows another embodiment of a holding system.
- FIG. 1 shows a preferred embodiment of a holding system 1 according to the invention with a holding means 2 and a shelf post 3 in a perspective view.
- the holding means 2 has a base plate 4 with a support 5 which is arranged essentially at right angles thereto.
- the carrier 5 in turn has a connecting surface 6, which for connection to a shelf (see following figure) or e.g. a shelf made of glass. The connection is made e.g. by gluing.
- the shelf post 3 has a longitudinal, slot-shaped opening 10 which opens into a cavity 11 in the interior of the shelf post 3.
- This cavity 11 has a cross section on which at least some areas correspond to the holding means 2 such that it is inserted into the cavity 11 and cannot be displaced in it except in the longitudinal direction (Z direction).
- the cavity 11 is essentially T-shaped, wherein
- the holding means 2 protrudes from the longitudinal opening 10.
- a reverse configuration, in which the holding means 2 engages around the shelf post 3, is also possible.
- the holding means 2 has a locking means 15 which, in the embodiment shown, consists of a spring element 16 integrally molded on the base plate 4 and a locking pin 17.
- the spring element can, for example, be made from a metal base plate 4 by laser cutting or another machining method.
- the cavity 11 has a series of spaced holes 18 on the inside.
- the locking pin 17 engages with one of the holes 18 such that the holding means 2 is locked in the longitudinal direction.
- the locking means 15 is operatively connected to a centrally arranged control element (cf. following figure). The operative connection is ensured in the embodiment shown via a wire rope 19, which is only shown in part here.
- FIG. 2 shows a section of a shelf 20.
- a rectangular shelf 21 is held in the area of its four corners by means of holding systems 1 according to the invention in relation to four shelf posts 3.
- the shelf posts 3 are only shown in sections and are in reality generally much longer and serve to hold a plurality of shelf boards 21.
- a control element 22 can be seen, which is operatively connected to the holding means 1 via active connection means 19.
- the control element 22 is a rotary knob 22.
- other means can also be used that have a comparable function.
- the wire cables can also be connected directly to one another. Unlocking takes place by tensioning the wire ropes, e.g. be pushed away from the shelf by hand.
- the wire ropes are arranged either along the side edges or crosswise. By means of an appropriate arrangement, selective unlocking is possible.
- the rotary knob 22 serves for central and simultaneous unlocking of the holding means 1 in such a way that the shelf board 21 can be moved in the longitudinal direction of the shelf post 3.
- the shelf 21 can be made of glass, stone, metal or wood, for example.
- FIG. 3 shows section E from FIG. 2. Inside the shelf post 3, the base plate 4 with the locking means 15 can be seen.
- the locking pin 17 engages in one of the holes 18, such that the holding means is locked in relation to the shelf post 3. Pulling on the wire rope 19 causes the spring element 16 to bend and thereby pull the locking pin 17 out of the hole 18, so that the shelf 21 can be moved in the longitudinal direction of the shelf post.
- Figure 4 shows a shelf 20 with several shelves 21 which are arranged at different distances.
- the shelves can be moved very easily without tools by tensioning the wire cables 19 by means of the control element 22.
- the holding means 2 are preferably made of metal by casting or forming sheet metal. I O alternatives are to make them out of plastic by injection molding. Depending on the design, sliding and / or guiding means are made of plastic.
- FIG. 5 shows schematically the structure of a control element 22.
- This consists of a fixed and a rotatable disc 23, 24, which are connected via a bearing pin 25, such that they can be rotated against each other.
- the wire cables 19, which serve to centrally control the holding means 2, are fastened to the rotatable disk 24.
- FIG. 6 shows a further embodiment of a holding means 1.
- the locking pin 17 here consists of a screw 17 which is operatively connected to the wire rope 19 20 through an opening 26 in the base plate 4.
- the carrier 5 and the base plate 4 are preferably made of metal.
- the embodiment of the holding system shown consists of a holder 2 with a spring element 16 formed by a cutout with a screw hole 27 which is provided for receiving the screw 17 which is connected to the cable 19.
- the rope 19 is in turn connected to a central disc (not shown in more detail) which is attached to the shelf.
- the shelf post 3 is preferably designed as an extrusion profile, for example made of aluminum. Other extrusion processes are usually also suitable.
