Abstract

L'invention se rapporte à la chimie et à la production de silicates et aluminosilicates utilisés comme matériaux de construction et d'isolation thermique ou sonore. Ces matériaux ont une porosité hautement homogène et peuvent s'utiliser en tant que supports pour procédés catalytiques ou matériaux de sorption en industrie chimique. Le procédé de fabrication du matériau silico-alumineux de l'invention consiste à préparer un mélange brut à partir d'un minéral argileux naturel et de l'eau, former le mélange, le sécher et le recuire. On ajoute au mélange brut de 5 % à 10 % de substances inorganiques qui forment une glaçure. L'article désiré est obtenu par le remplissage d'un moule avec du mélange brut, le moule comportant des joints étanches aux gaz. Pendant le séchage, une partie déterminée de la surface de l'article fabriqué est laissée découverte, le séchage étant effectué dans les rayons infrarouges d'une longueur d'onde comprise entre 5 mkm et 10 mkm et accompagné d'extraction forcée.
