Abstract

L'invention concerne des procédés de production d'acides gras insaturés, de préférence d'acides gras conjugués polyinsaturés, tels que l'acide linolique conjugué (CLA), par expression transgénique de désaturases provenant d'insectes de l'ordre des lépidoptères. L'invention concerne également des cassettes d'expression transgénique servant à l'expression transgénique de désaturases provenant d'insectes de l'ordre des lépidoptères, ainsi que les organismes transgéniques transformés avec celles-ci.
