Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé de soudage de la partie jointive inférieure d'un corps tubulaire à partir de l'intérieur, ce procédé reposant sur l'utilisation d'une ouverture (4) située au niveau d'une ou des deux extrémités du tube faisant face à une partie jointive (3) avoisinante, lorsqu'on soude les éléments de tube (1, 2), et qu'on les joint pratiquement dans le sens horizontal. Au moment de la réalisation du soudage en bout d'un élément tubulaire sur un site de construction, on facilite ainsi le travail de soudage, parce que le soudage en montant n'est pas nécessaire et qu'on peut améliorer la qualité du travail de soudage sans avoir recours à une technologie avancée. En outre, on peut minimiser la hauteur d'une base de support, dans le cas de travaux de canalisation au sol, étant donné que le soudage en montant n'est pas requis. De manière similaire, on peut réduire le volume de sable et de sol résultant d'un trou creusé en cas de travaux d'enfouissement souterrain, et on peut économiser les coûts du travail de canalisation.
