Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé de production efficace d'une résine phénolique et d'une résine époxyde à partir d'un phénol et d'un composé d'hydrocarbure cyclique insaturé comportant deux liaisons carbone-carbone ou plus. Le procédé de production de la résine phénolique consiste à : (I) faire réagir un phénol avec un hydrocarbure cyclique insaturé en présence d'un catalyseur acide dans un réacteur continu ; (II) arrêter la réaction ; et (III) enlever/extraire les matières brutes non réagies du mélange réactionnel. L'utilisation d'un réacteur continu doté d'une structure de mélange multi-étages comme réacteur de l'opération (I) permet de produire efficacement une résine phénolique ayant d'excellentes propriétés. On obtient une meilleure production en exécutant successivement les opérations (II) et (III).
