Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft amphiphile Verbindungen und deren Mischungen sowie Verfahren zu ihrer Herstellung und deren Verwendung in Öl-in-Wasser-Emulsionen. Die Verbindungen sind aus einem lipophilen und einem hydrophilen Teil aufgebaut. Beide Teile sind durch einen sich von Bernsteinsäure ableitenden Linker untereinander verknüpft. Der lipophile Teil wird von einer Polyisobutylengruppe mit einem zahlenmittleren Molekulargewicht Mn von 300 bis 10000 gebildet. Der hydrophile Teil zeichnet sich bevorzugt dadurch aus, dass mindestens zwei Polyethylenglykolketten vorliegen, die durch Umsetzung von -OH, -N(H)- und/oder -NH2 mit Ethylenoxid hergestellt werden können. Dadurch wird eine globuläre, nicht-lineare Struktur des hydrophilen Teils erzielt, so dass der hydrophile Charakter der erfindungsgemässen Verbindungen überwiegt und sich diese für Öl-in-Wasser-Emulsionen besonders gut eignen. Gegenstand der Erfindung sind zudem Zubereitungen zur Behandlung von Metalloberflächen, insbesondere zum Korrosionsschutz, umfassend mindestens eine erfindungsgemässe Verbindung, mindestens ein Lösungsmittel, welches in der Lage ist, die erfindungsgemässe/n Verbindung/en zu lösen, zu dispergieren, zu suspendieren oder zu emulgieren, sowie gegebenenfalls weitere Komponenten. Verfahren zur Behandlung von Metalloberflächen durch Kontaktieren der Metalloberflächen mit der erfindungsgemässen Zubereitung sowie beschichtete Metalloberflächen sind ebenfalls Gegenstand der vorliegenden Erfindung.
