Abstract

Luminophore pulvérulent représenté par une des formules MS:R ou MS:R, X, dans lesquelles M représente un élément sélectionné dans zinc (Zn), strontium (Sr), calcium (Ca), baryum (Ba), Magnésium (Mg) et cadmium (Cd), R représente un élément sélectionné dans cuivre (Cu), argent (Ag), or (Au) et manganèse (Mg), X représente un élément sélectionné dans chlore (Cl), brome (Br) et iode (I), ce luminophore présentant un angle de repos égal ou supérieur à 50°. On a éliminé de ce luminophore un sulfure placé en surface afin d'absorber une émission lumineuse, ce qui diminue la brillance de luminosité et/ou de provoquer une rupture par décharge diélectrique, ce luminophore étant, de ce fait, protégé contre les ruptures par décharge diélectrique et possédant une brillance élevée. On a éliminé également d'autres impuretés de ce luminophore, ce qui le rend moins susceptible à la détérioration et améliore sa durée de vie.
