Abstract

L'invention concerne un écran plasma à courant alternatif et un procédé de commande associé, utilisés dans l'élaboration de moyens permettant d'afficher des données sur des écrans plasma couleurs à courant alternatif qui présentent une qualité supérieure d'affichage de données, une meilleure résolution et un contraste plus accentué, ainsi qu'une bonne fiabilité de commande. Le procédé selon l'invention consiste à réunir les éléments d'affichage adjacents d'une même couleur de luminescence comprenant une électrode de balayage commune, constituée de deux conducteurs, et une électrode d'indication commune. L'étape de préparation s'effectue dans un intervalle de décharge supplémentaire entre les conducteurs de l'électrode de balayage commune.
