Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zum Delignifizieren lignocellulosischer Rohstoffe, durch Einsatz von Sulfiten in Gegenwart einer alkalischen Komponente, insbesondere Natriumhydroxid oder Natriumcarbonat oder einer Mischung davon, in wässriger Lösung unter Anwendung von erhöhter Temperatur und erhöhtem Druck, gekennzeichnet dadurch, dass zu Beginn eines Aufschlusses der wässrigen Lösung eine erste Teilmenge der alkalischen Komponente zugesetzt wird, und dass der wässrigen Lösung mindestens eine zweite Teilmenge der alkalischen Komponente frühestens bei Beginn der Delignifizierung zugesetzt wird.
