Abstract

L'invention appartient au domaine de l'industrie automobile. Le procédé de fabrication de l'invention consiste à fabriquer une bande de roulement, à appliquer cette bande de roulement sur une carcasse brute préfabriquée et à vulcaniser ladite bande de roulement sur la carcasse dans un dispositif de formation et de vulcanisation. Avant la vulcanisation, on applique à la carcasse brute préfabriquée la bande de roulement vulcanisée sur laquelle on a formé le motif prédéterminé et on vulcanise la bande de roulement sur la carcasse dans le dispositif de formation et de vulcanisation ayant une surface interne lisse dans la zone de contact avec la bande de roulement vulcanisée. Dans un autre aspect de l'invention, pour fabriquer une bande de roulement séparée, la bande de roulement brute est placée dans le moule du dispositif de formation et de vulcanisation, utilisée dans la vulcanisation des pneus et dont la surface interne se présente comme une matrice de bande de roulement avec des creux et des protubérances qui correspondent au motif de la bande de roulement, entre la matrice et la bande de roulement et le diaphragme du dispositif de formation et de vulcanisation, et après la vulcanisation on retire la bande de roulement vulcanisée pour l'ébarbage des excès de gomme et le dégrossissage. Le procédé de fabrication d'un pneu comprend la fabrication d'une bande de roulement, l'application de clous, l'application d'une bande de roulement cloutée sur la carcasse du pneu et la vulcanisation de ce dernier. L'invention concerne enfin un pneu clouté comprenant des clous anti-dérapage dont le bout inférieur de l'insert dur se trouve en dessous du niveau de l'indicateur d'usure des pneus.
