Abstract

La présente invention est caractérisée, en premier lieu, par une ligne d'enduction qui permet de revêtir d'adhésif un fil ou un ruban de caoutchouc en mouvement, l'adhésif étant distribué dans une fente de circulation de caoutchouc formée au fond, à l'avant et à l'arrière de la ligne d'enduction, dans le sens de marche vers l'avant, et est caractérisée par le fait que ladite fente de circulation de caoutchouc possède une fonction de guide limitant la position d'adhésion du caoutchouc et analogue dans le sens latéral de la base de la ligne d'enduction. En deuxième lieu, l'invention est caractérisée en ce que l'adhésif est distribué non seulement depuis la face supérieure de la fente de circulation de caoutchouc, mais aussi depuis au moins une face latérale de la fente de circulation de caoutchouc, de façon qu'au moins deux faces du fil de caoutchouc et analogue circulant à travers la fente de circulation de caoutchouc sont revêtues d'adhésif. L'invention concerne en troisième lieu un appareil permettant de revêtir d'adhésif un fil de caoutchouc et analogue, lequel appareil est caractérisé par un premier mécanisme de distribution et par un second mécanisme de distribution, le second mécanisme de distribution comprenant un passage vertical séparateur de flux qui fait face à un passage latéral de distribution d'adhésif du premier mécanisme de distribution, et par un réservoir de distribution placé en continu par rapport à l'extrémité inférieure du passage vertical séparateur de flux et faisant face à la fente de circulation de caoutchouc, lequel appareil permet de revêtir d'adhésif trois faces d'un fil de caoutchouc et analogue circulant dans la fente de circulation de caoutchouc.
