Abstract

Cette invention concerne un procédé de fabrication de panneaux assemblés par collage à la rive ou de poutres lamellées, à partir de bois scié présentant des chants à flache prononcée. Les billes d'arbres de faible diamètre présentent des noeuds adhérents et sains, et conviennent de ce fait à la fabrication de meubles et d'ameublement intérieur. Toutefois, avec les procédés classiques, les arbres présentant des billes en dessous d'un certain diamètre (inférieur à environ 14 cm) ne conviennent pas aux applications relatives aux meubles et à l'ameublement intérieur. Le procédé de la présente invention permet l'utilisation de billes de diamètre inférieur à celui requis pour les procédés classiques. Le matériau de départ consiste en pièces (2) de bois scié présentant des rives à flache prononcée. Outre le profilage (f) des parties non délignées, les pièces sont éventuellement coupées (20d), donnant ainsi différentes pièces de bois (20). Ces pièces de bois sont ensuite assemblées, afin que d'épaisses pièces lamellées (21) soient obtenues, habituellement en forme de panneaux. Ces panneaux peuvent être coupés entre panneaux fins (22), qui se caractérisent par ce que les surfaces (22s) présentent une disposition de fil acceptable ainsi qu'une distance égale entre les lignes de colle des joints.
