Abstract

La présente invention concerne un film de transfert susceptible de produire de manière simple et économique une couche de diffusion de la lumière présentant une capacité de diffusion de lumière appropriée pour une plaque de diffusion/réflexion de la lumière dans une unité d'affichage à cristaux liquides de type à réflexion. La couche de résine transparente d'une couche de diffusion de la lumière formant film de transfert comportant, successivement disposées sur un support, une couche d'agent de démoulage irrégulière et la couche de résine transparente est reportée vers une surface de réception pour former sur la surface de réception une couche de diffusion de lumière présentant la surface de configuration de la couche d'agent de démoulage qui y est reproduite. En variante, une couche bloquante d'oxygène irrégulière et une couche de résine photosensible successivement formées sur un support et constituant une couche de diffusion de lumière formant film de transfert sont reportées sur une surface de réception pour former une couche de diffusion de lumière présentant une surface de configuration de la couche bloquante d'oxygène qui y est reproduite après un processus d'exposition/développement. Un film métallique mince est formé sur la couche de diffusion de lumière ainsi formée en vue d'obtenir une plaque de diffusion/réflexion de la lumière.
