Abstract

L'invention concerne une capsule pour la préparation d'une boisson ayant des propriétés d'ouverture améliorées et une plus grande conservation. Elle comprend une portion de substance alimentaire pour la préparation d'une boisson par mélange avec une quantité d'eau comprenant un corps (11) définissant une enceinte pour recevoir la substance caractérisée en ce que le corps comprend une ouverture (21) adaptée à l'introduction d'un élément de vidange de la capsule et en ce que l'ouverture est obturée de manière étanche par une membrane souple (22), déchirable de plus faible résistance à la rupture par rapport au matériau du corps. (fig. 2)
