Definitions

  • the present invention relates to a diagnostic image information obtained by imaging a patient, a workstation for storing the diagnostic image information, and a display device for displaying the diagnostic image information.
  • Assessing used cars, etc. means conducting an evaluation to determine the value of used cars, etc., on the premise of purchase or sale. For this assessment, an inspector inspects used cars, etc., evaluates the vehicles according to their vehicle conditions, and determines the assessment price using market information or information on the remaining prices of neutralized vehicles. In other words, the following three processes are required to determine the trade-in price.
  • the first process is the inspection process for used vehicles. Inspectors need to conduct visual inspections in front of actual vehicles such as used cars. If the inspector does not bring the used vehicle, etc. to be assessed into the inspector's inspection station, the inspector had to go to the place where the used vehicle exists and collect the data necessary for the assessment. Also, during the inspection process, the vehicle status was recorded on a predetermined inspection sheet with a pen.
  • the second process is the evaluation process for used vehicles.
  • the evaluation process is a process for calculating the evaluation points of used cars and the like. There are two ways to do this. In the first method, after the inspection process is completed, the inspection is performed based on an inspection sheet that describes the vehicle condition. This is a method of calculating evaluation points with the intuition of the inspector. In the second method, after the inspection process is completed, an inspection sheet describing the condition of the vehicle is taken back from the inspection site to the inspector's office, and then evaluated according to a predetermined calculation method or conversion table. In practice, evaluation scores are calculated using the intuitive method.
  • the third process is to use the market information to determine the assessed price of used cars, especially at the time of trade-in or purchase (including the successful bid at the auction site). It is possible to determine the trade-in assessment price for used cars based on the evaluation points calculated in the evaluation process, but in reality, a more accurate estimate is required, It is necessary to investigate the market price and also the market price of the used car action venue, make a comprehensive judgment based on these, and then determine the assessed price of the used car.
  • the first problem is that during the inspection process, the inspector fills out the standard inspection paper with a pen, but at this time, there is a risk that the inspection may be missed or erroneous.
  • the second problem is that in the evaluation process, the evaluation method and the scoring method are based on the intuitive method of the inspector, so that they cannot be unified. In other words, different scoring was performed by the inspector on the same used car, etc., and there was a possibility that the evaluation results would not be constant.
  • the operation of inputting the vehicle state to a fixed computer further occurs. For this reason, input errors occur during computer input. Furthermore, if the information is entered on a paper and entered into a computer, the input operation is repeated twice, resulting in unnecessary man-hours.
  • the assessed price ie the purchase price, must be at least less than the price sold at the used car auction site minus the commission.
  • the first challenge is the inspection and evaluation, which relies on the intuition of the inspector, Evaluation criteria are inconsistent.
  • the second problem is that it takes time to input the evaluation data after exhibit evaluation at the auction site or the like into the database, and input errors etc. tend to occur as real-time information, which is inaccurate.
  • the third issue is that it takes time to search for market prices when evaluating used vehicles. In order to determine the trade-in price using the market information immediately after the inspection of a neutral vehicle, etc. after the inspection, it is necessary to output reference prices etc. separately from price information magazines, etc. Due to the inconvenience, we were unable to meet customer requirements.
  • the three processes are to complete the inspection sheet by the inspector, calculate the evaluation score based on the vehicle condition after returning to the office, determine the trade-in price using the market information, and determine the necessary price. Because the processes, people and tools were separate processes, the biggest challenge was how to reduce the required personnel, time and the number of processes.
  • Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. Hei 8-96929 discloses an "automobile assessment system".
  • This technology uses a programmed computer to perform an assessment of a car by using a programmed calculator to perform the work that had previously been done by estimating a simple estimate table.
  • this technology solves the second problem of inputting the evaluation process, which is the second problem, and unifies the evaluation, and the third problem is the optimization of the price.
  • the biggest challenge aimed at significantly reducing the manpower, time, and number of processes required to do so, remains.
  • the present invention has been made to solve the above-mentioned problems, and an object of the present invention is to use a portable mobile terminal to unify the evaluation process and optimize the vehicle evaluation. After the inspector conducts the inspection, it immediately uses the unified evaluation method on the spot.
  • the aim is to provide an automobile evaluation system that enables accurate evaluation points to be obtained, and subsequently reduces the required personnel, time, and the number of processes by estimating the appropriate expected criticism price. Disclosure of the invention
