Abstract

L'invention peut s'utiliser dans des laboratoires de recherche et de fabrication de profil vétérinaire ou médical. Le stimulateur de l'agent de la tuberculose contient des composés chimiques qui comprennent les éléments suivants: sodium, oxygène, hydrogène, carbone et qui contiennent (en % en poids) 2,0 - 5,0 de saccharose chimiquement pur, 0,1 - 0,9 d'alcool rectifié, 0,05 - 0,15 de bicarbonate de sodium, 0,005 - 0,9 de pyrocitrate de sodium disubstitué et un diluant (jusqu'à 1000 ml). Le stimulateur de croissance peut en outre contenir de 0,1 à 0,9 % en pds de chlorure de calcium et entre 0,01 et 0,4 % en poids d'amidon de pommes de terre ainsi qu'entre 0,01 et 0,02 % en pds de glucose anhydre. Le milieu de culture destiné à la séparation de l'agent de la tuberculose sous forme de solution aqueuse contient ce qui suit (en % en pds): peptone sèche par fermentation - 5-7, agar-agar ou agar microbiologique - 1,4-1,6, amidon de pommes de terre - 1,377 - 1,577, stimulateur de ferments dépendants de calcium - 0,012-0,014, carbonate de sodium - 0,005-0,015, stimulateur de la croissance de l'agent de la tuberculose - 10-18 et diluant - jusqu'à 100. Le procédé de fabrication du milieu de culture et le procédé de séparation de l'agent de la tuberculose dans ce milieu de culture sont également présentés. L'invention permet d'accélérer les recherches biologiques tout en assurant une sensibilité élevée du procédé.
