Abstract

L'invention concerne un balai d'essuie-glace comportant un système d'étrier porteur. Selon l'invention, au moins un étrier principal (10) présentant une section transversale en U est relié à un étrier secondaire (12, 42, 72) par l'intermédiaire d'une articulation. Ladite articulation comporte des pivots (22) logés latéralement sur l'étrier secondaire (12, 42, 72), et s'encliquetant lors du montage dans des ouvertures de logement (16) par l'intermédiaire de guides (24), lesdites ouvertures de logement étant pratiquées dans des parois latérales (18) de l'étrier principal (10). Selon l'invention, les pivots (22) sont formés sur les parois latérales (90) d'une pièce de connexion (20, 66) englobant latéralement l'étrier secondaire (12, 42, 72), ladite pièce de connexion étant fixée sur l'étrier secondaire par l'intermédiaire de moyens d'encliquetage (50, 52, 58, 60, 68, 70).
