Abstract
La présente invention concerne un procédé, un produit logiciel informatique, ainsi qu'un système de traitement de données (5, 12) permettant de gérer des liaisons de communication (14, 15) sur un réseau de télécommunication. Un système de traitement de données côté utilisateur (5, 12), basé sur une fonctionnalité SCI normalisée, permet d'accéder à une commande de télécommunication (1), afin de gérer des fonctions de la commande de télécommunication (1) par rapport à des liaisons de télécommunication associées côté utilisateur (14, 15), cet accès étant par conséquent indépendant du fabricant.
