Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft einen Kit zur Durchführung eines Verfahrens enthaltend: a) an einem Träger immobilisierte Bindungssequenzen und b) Verbindungen, jeweils gebildet aus einem für die nachzuweisenden Nukleinsäuren spezifischen ersten Primern und einer für den ersten Primer spezifischen Identifizierungssequenz, wobei die Identifizierungssequenz aus einer Gruppe von Identifizierungssequenzen ausgewählt ist, welche bei vorgegebenen einheitlichen Hybridisierungsbedingungen nicht kreuzhybridisieren.
