Abstract

Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren, mit dem Mutationen parallel in verschiedenen Nucleotidsequenzen nachgewiesen werden können, wobei das Verfahren daneben die Bestimmung der Transkriptionsrate von mutierten und nicht mutierten Nucleotidsequenzen erlaubt. Das Verfahren umfasst die Verfahrensschritte der Hybridisierung einzelsträngiger Proben-Nucleotidsequenzen mit einzelsträngigen Referenz-Nucleotidsequenzen, Fixierung von einzelsträngigen Referenz-Nucleotidsequenzen oder einzelsträngigen Proben-Nucleotidsequenzen vor oder während der Hybridisierung oder von Heteroduplices aus Referenz- und Proben-Nucleotidsequenzen nach oder während der Hybridisierung auf einer elektronisch adressierbaren Oberfläche, Inkubation mit einem Heteroduplex-Fehlpaarungen erkennenden Substrat und Detektion der Substratbindungen.
