Abstract

Gegenstand der Erfindung ist ein Membranreaktor zur Herstellung von hochreinem Wasserstoff aus einem Kohlenwasserstoffstrom und Wasserdampf umfassend eine für Wasserstoff durchlässige Diffusionsmembran und gegebenenfalls einen Katalysator zur Umwandlung von Kohlenwasserstoffen in Wasserstoff und zur Abtrennung des Wasserstoffgases vom Restgas, wobei die Membran und gegebenenfalls der Reaktor mit Mitteln zum Aufheizen ausgestattet ist. Ein weiterer Gegenstand der Erfindung ist ein Verfahren zur Herstellung von hochreinem Wasserstoffgas mit einem Vorbehandlungsschritt.
