  • Seal feathers band (3) of lids to be used in single-use and multi-use bottles are designed in different ways. For the lids manufactured for multi-use bottles; lid is broken bounded to its bottom side (5) by means of shortened feathers (14). In single-use bottles; seal feathers band is broken completely from lid bottom side and it remains in the form of a ring fixed on the bottle neck. Seal feathers band (3) is located with an angle alpha (1) with respect to axis (10), through the lid base (1) by holding with easy breaking material bridges (12) to bottom- side of the lid (5).

Abstract

L'invention concerne une caractéristique nouvelle et différente d'un système de rupture pour couvercle d'une bande à languettes de scellement (3). Dans la partie cassée (12), ne se trouve que ladite bande. Il n'existe aucune bande de sécurité séparée. La bande à languettes suspendue sur le rebord inférieur du couvercle s'étend vers la base du couvercle. Lorsque le couvercle est placé sur la bouteille, des bouts épais (7) et minces (6) de languettes chevauchent la partie supérieure du goulot à partir du diamètre externe et du bords inférieur. Pendant le placement du couvercle sur la bouteille, on empêche la rupture des bouts minces de languettes de scellement en appuyant sur la partie circulaire à l'intérieur du couvercle. On place les languettes perpendiculairement (18) à l'axe radial du couvercle. Ainsi, si on veut ouvrir le couvercle, on dispose d'une bande de scellement que l'on peut casser facilement et rapidement.
