Abstract

L'invention concerne des systèmes et des procédés permettant de détecter un signal de diffusion Raman anti-Sokes cohérente (DRASC) à partir d'un échantillon microscopique dans une rétrodirection. Dans un mode de réalisation, ce système comprend au moins deux sources possédant un source pompe pour générer un champ pompe à une fréquence pompe, une source Stoke pour générer un champ Stoke à une fréquence Stoke différente de la fréquence pompe, des dispositifs optiques (64) pour diriger les faisceaux (60) de pompe et de Stoke d'une manière colinéaire à travers une lentille de focalisation (66) vers un point focal commun dans un échantillon (70), et un dispositif optiques de détection qui image les DRASC dans une rétrodirection, laquelle est générée par l'interaction des champs (60) pompe et Stoke avec l'échantillon (70) et est recueillie par la même lentille de focalisation (66), en direction d'un rétrodétecteur (78).
