Le conduit comprend un espace à symétrie de rotation de longueur prédéfinie qui contient au moins un aimant permanent (8, 18). A l"extérieur du conduit se trouve un élément tubulaire ou annulaire (12) en matériau ferromagnétique, notamment en ferrite, qui entoure le conduit dans la zone de l"aimant permanent (18). Le dispositif selon l"invention peut être réalisé en tant que fume-cigarette ou fume-cigare, en tant qu"insert pour un fume-cigarette, un fume-cigare ou un embout de pipe, ou bien aussi en tant qu"élément filtrant intégré dans une cigarette ou un cigare.
