Abstract

Zur Erzeugung eines genauen Frequenznormals (5) auf einem integrierten Schaltkreis wird vorgeschlagen, in gewissen Zeitabständen einen Referenzoszillator (6) zu aktivieren und den lokalen Oszillator (2) zu kalibrieren. Dazu ist eine Kalibrierschaltung (8) vorgesehen, die das Taktverhältnis zwischen internem Takt (3) und Referenztakt (7) ermittelt. Das ermittelte Taktverhältnis dient zur Programmierung eines Frequenzteilers (4). Die Erfindung eignet sich insbesondere für den Einsatz in Mobilfunkgeräten.
