  • the indicator device is arranged to be movable in relation to the frame.
  • the invention provides the advantage that the magnet allows the tool to be fastened to the guide rail without requiring the user to repeatedly open and close any levers. Thanks to the movable indicator device, a universal tool is achieved.

  • the guide rail co - prises a guide flange 3 having two lateral guide surfaces 4, 5 extending in the longitudinal direction of the guide rail parallel to each other, facing in opposite lateral directions, and an end face 6.
  • the lateral guide surfaces 4 and 5 are machined surfaces, so they are substantially parallel to each other and can be used as guide surfaces .
  • the end face 6 of the guide rail 1 is also a machined surface.
  • the installer's tool comprises an elongated, plate- like, L-shaped frame 7. Placed at one end 9 of the frame is a slot 13 which opens at the edge of the frame plate so that the guide flange 3 of the guide rail can be fitted with a clearance between the first side edge 14 and the second side edge 15 of the slot while the end face 6 is set against the bottom edge 16 of the slot 13, as illustrated in Fig. 3.
  • the fastening element used to fasten the installer's tool to the guide rail is a permanent magnet 8, which is fixed to the frame 7 near the slot 13 so that the surface of attraction 17 of the magnet 8 lies substantially at the same plane with the first side edge 14 of the slot.
  • the magnet 8 in this example has an L-shaped form, also extending in the direction of the bottom edge 16 of the slot, so the surface of attraction of the magnet extending in the direction of the bottom edge lies at the same plane with the bottom edge to allow magnetic adherence to the end face 6 of the guide rail.
  • the indicator device 10 Placed at the second end of the frame 10 is an indicator device 10, which is connected to the frame at a point close to the second end, at a distance from the fastening element 8.
  • the indicator device 10 consists of an indicator plate attached onto the frame plate 7.

  • the guide element 18 consists of a strip 20 whose straight edge serves to guide the straight edge of the indicator plate 10.
  • Formed in the frame plate 7 is an elongated straight slot 21, and the two fastening bolts 19 of the indicator device 10 extend into threaded holes provided in a washer 22 placed on the opposite side of the frame plate 7.
  • the reference plumb line used consists of a single plumb line A, one alignment mark 11 being aligned with the plumb line.

Abstract

L'invention concerne un outil de montage et un procédé pour installer un élévateur. L'outil de montage comprend un cadre allongé (7); un élément de fixation (8), à une extrémité (9) du cadre pour fixer ledit cadre de manière amovible sur le rail de guidage (1); et un dispositif indicateur (10) relié au cadre, à distance de l'élément de fixation. Ledit dispositif indicateur est muni d'un repère d'alignement (11,12) ou similaire à mettre en alignement avec un aplomb (A,B) pendant le montage. L'élément de fixation (8) est un aimant. Le dispositif indicateur (10) a été monté de manière à se déplacer par rapport au cadre (8). Selon ledit procédé, le cadre allongé (7) de l'outil de montage est fixé sur le rail de guidage (1) à l'aide d'un aimant (8).
