Abstract

La présente invention concerne le traitement de la demande et du paiement dans un service de factures, qui satisfait un utilisateur final et réalise un trafic à faible communication. Si chaque unité demandeuse (11) envoie des données de demande (P1), une unité agent (12) les trie et forme des factures agrégées pour chaque payeur, et elles sont placées sur des sites web de l'Internet ou envoyées par la poste à chaque payeur (P5). En cas d'Internet, le payeur accède au site en utilisant un terminal Internet (14), exécute une vérification du montant total ainsi qu'une approbation par articles sur un écran, et requiert un agent de paiement de payer (P6). En cas d'envoi par la poste, si la facture postée est un mandat carte (17), le payeur effectue semi-automatiquement une requête en utilisant un terminal de guichet automatique bancaire (15) (P7). Un fond payé est remis à un compte pour chaque payeur de l'agent de paiement, et ensuite, il est trié et remis à un compte du demandeur. L'unité d'agent envoie la requête de demande à l'unité d'agence financière (13) (P10) et, en plus, envoie au demandeur des données de spécification pour chaque demandeur (P10).
