2 . 内部に熱交換媒体通路を有すると共に通風方向に複数並設され たチューブと、 このチューブと交互に積層されると共に、 前記チュ —ブの数に対応して通風方向に複数並設されたフイ ンと、 前記チュ —ブの少なく とも一方端に配されたタンクとで少なく とも構成され、 通風方向の最上流側に位置するフィ ンは、 その通風方向上流側端 が、 前記タンクの通風方向上流側の端面を越えない範囲内で、 通風 方向の最上流側に位置するチューブの通風方向上流側端よりも通風 方向の上流側に突出し、
通風方向の最下流側に位置するフィ ンは、 その通風方向下流側端 が、 通風方向の最下流側に位置するチューブの通風方向下流側端よ りも通風方向の上流側に窪んでいることを特徴とする熱交換器。 3 . 通風方向の最上流側に位置するフィ ン以外のフィ ンも、 その通 風方向上流側端が、 通風方向上流側のフイ ンに当接しない範囲内で、 積層方向に対峙するチューブの通風方向上流側端よりも通風方向の 上流側に突出していることを特徴とする請求の範囲第 2項に記載の 14

4 . 通風方向の最下流側に位置するフィ ン以外のフィ ンも、 その通 風方向下流側端が、 前記並列する各チューブの通風方向下流側端よ りも通風方向上流側に窪んでいることを特徴とする請求の範囲第 2 項に記載の熱交換器。
5 . 前記フィ ンは、 通風方向上流側端の通風方向上流側への突出量 が通風方向下流側端の通風方向上流側への窪み量よりも大きいこと を特徴とする請求の範囲第 1項、 第 2項、 第 3項、 又は第 4項に記 載の熱交換器。
6 . 前記チューブは、 一枚のブレージングシートを折り曲げて形成 され
、 通風方向の上流側に位置する前記ブレージングシー卜の端部同士 が接合してなる接合部を有し、 この接合部は、 一方の端部近傍部位 を卷き締めた構造であることを特徴とする請求の範囲第 1項、 第 2 項、 第 3項、 又は第 4項に記載の熱交換器。
