Abstract

Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung und ein Verfahren zur Durchführung von Synthesen, Analysen oder Transportvorgängen mit einer Prozeßflüssigkeit. Derartige Vorrichtungen und Verfahren werden im Bereich der Kombinatorischen Chemie, der In-situ-Synthese, der Parallelsynthese, der Festphasensynthese oder der Herstellung von Arrays, insbesondere im Bereich der DNS-Synthese, der DNS-Analyse beispielsweise als DNS-Chips, sowie im Bereich der Peptidchemie, des pharmazeutischen Wirkstoff-Screenings, des High-Throughput-Screening (HTS), Pharmakogenomics und dergleichen eingesetzt. Das Verfahren wird dadurch gekennzeichnet, das in mindenstens einen vorbestimmten Teilraum des Reahtionsraums ein Steuerfluid eingebracht wird derart, das die Prozessflüissigheit von diesem Teilraum ausgeschlossen wird.
