Abstract

Es wird vorgeschlagen, dass die Schutzeinrichtung eine mit dem gefährdeten Kontaktelement leitend verbundene erste elektrisch leitende Struktur une eine dazu auf dem Trägersubstrat benachbart angeordneten, mit dem Masseanschluss leitend verbundene zweite elektrisch leitende Struktur umfasst, wobei einander zugewandte Abschnitte der elektrisch leitenden Strukturen durch einen definierten Spalt räumlich derart voneinander beabstandet sind, dass eine auf das Kontaktelement übertragene überspannung durch eine Funkenentladung in dem Spalt von dem Abschnitt der ersten elektrisch leitenden Struktur auf den Abschnitt der zweiten elektrisch leitenden Struktur übertragen und zum Masseanschluss abgeleitet wird.
