Description
Description
Apparatus for the detachment and the harvest of the olives or of other standing fruits.
Technical field
The present invention regards the realization of an apparatus for the detachment and the harvest of the olives or of other standing fruits from the respective trees.
Background art The containment of the times and of the harvest costs have determined the employment of machines that for vibration or shaking provokes the fall of the olives on special cloths, generally to upside down umbrella, that can be separated by the machine or to constitute integral part. Such machines are usually constituted by a vibranting head to contra-rotating eccentric masses that are shut on the trunk of the plants and that heavy only on of they to impose a series of violent vibrations, or endowed machines owith combs that are inserted between the branches and they strike violently the fine leafy branches until to make to fall the fruits, with the danger to damange the twigs and also the fruits to be detached
The object and important characteristics of the invention
To eliminate the inconveniences of the techniques already and to obtain other and further advantages the applicant has studied, experienced and carried out the present invention . The aim of this invention is realize an apparatus of sure effectiveness, of encumbered foyer, that allows easy and rapid positioning of manoeuvre respect to a fruit tree and an easy manoeuvre removal, provost: to the detachment of the hanging fruit by vibrant solicitations or of shaking of the trunk of the plant, able that is of makes fall the standing fruits, olives, almonds and other fit fruits for the following industrial transformation; and to the mechanized harvest of the hanging fruit by extensible and mechanically retractables cloths, so that to reduce the harvest times and to simplify the work.
Other aim of this invention in accord with the precedent, is of supplying a shaking machine of elevated efficiency, elevated manoeuvrability and with the possibility of better to proportion the shaking power from passing to the tree in operation of the dimensions and of the diameter of the trunk. Other aim of this invention in addition to the previous understanding is that of puts to disposition an apparatus the which conformation made it able of a rapid carriage of the crop in a container, so that to eliminate the emptying of traditional downtimes of the baskets of the agricultural products in the quashes of harvest and of reducing (or eliminate completely ) the number to employed to the harvest.
Further characteristics and advantages of the invention will result more from the description of a form of realization favourite and illustrated to title indicative and not limitative from the attached drawings.
A description of the attached drawings and the way in which this invention is realised
The utilization of the apparatus object of the present invention for the harvest of the hanging fruits from the trees in accordance with to the attached drawings, it happens in the following way: the machine is positioned in proximity of a tree ( 1 ), usually to a distance of 4-
5 meters, below the machine to the work trim, as is shown in fig. 6 and fig.7, or in the raised again position, as is shown in fig.20 and fig.21 ; then the articulate stabilizer in the folding position ( 2 ) is commanded to assume the lengthened and angled position ( 3 ) to the ground for the balanceing of the excursions of the telescopic arms ( 4 ) carrying the vibrant mass ( 5 ).
The command is given to the trucks ( 6 ) with rubber tracks, motorized hydraulicly, to advance and to drag each with itself the extremities of a cloth ( 7 ) wraped on a roll ( 8 ) and divided by half of its length in two seed-cloths ( 9 ) and (10 ), which are held united by magnetic insert (neodymium magnets ) and metallic inserts, preferably chain, integrated in pockets each along an edge of the greatest sides of the seed-cloths; to the extremities, in proximity of the trucks ( 6 ) are place some jacks that handle the leaving and to the reapproaching of the
two seed-cloths that then they are united for the attraction of the magnets on the positioned small chains along the edges.
When the cloth reaches the tree and wraps it, the jacks tends again to reunite the seed-cloths as shown in fig. 2 and fig.3, approaching the magnetic edge with that supplied of metal small chain.
Two further cloths ( 11 ) and ( 12 ) positioned to the sides of the principal cloth ( 7 ) comes unrolled from the rolls ( 13 ) and united to the principal cloth ( 7 ) by the system of the magnets and of the extremity jacks. These cloths introduce such an inclination to favor the harvest of the fruits. The telescopic arms ( 4 ) gate to its free extremity a constituent body the vibrant mass ( 5 ) and shaped pliers (14 ), connected by cross ( 15 ) that allows to a wide freedom movement commanded hydraulically by the tractor. Particularly the whole vibranting mass (5 ) can rotate downward on the vertical plan as in fig. 17c and upward as in fig. 17a, or on the horizontal toward right hand as in fig. 18c, and toward left as in fig. 18a, or tilting on the lateral plan to the left as in fig. 16c, and to turn right as in fig. 16a.
The telescopic arms ( 4 ) bears the vibrant mass with the pliers (14 ) the which jaws are lined with rubbery material to avoid whatever risk of damages to the plant ( detachment of the cortex and damage to the internal fibre of the tree ) and to transmit to the tree all its effective power without making slide the jaws that press the trunk or the branch of the tree (annulling the dispersions of the vibrations), and they serve to embrace the trunk (1 ) both in tall position and low as in fig. 15. The covering of the land about and under to the plant by the relaxation of the cloths assumes a sufficient extension, about 8x10 meters, to be possible to collect all when it is possible to be done fall from the aerial vegetation of the plant. The fallen fruits on the central cloth (7 ) and on those laterals (11 ) and (12 ) reach for gravity, sliding on the same cloth ( 7 ), the back side of the machine where is located a harvest station of the fruit by a conveyor belt (16 ) in PVC held particularly low, which bears the fruit in correspondence of the bins (17 ).
This station allows a most rational filling cycle of the bins, so that speeding up more the productiveness of th harvest of the fruit from the trees.
The all-purpose tractor (18 ) assembled on gummed wheels, command by hydraulic pump, the lifting means and the actuators to make passes the machine from the position lifted of transfer or of rest, to the lowered position of work and vice versa. To facilitate the displacement of the machine from a plant to the other, to effect manoeuvres, for the transport on road, the machine through the commands, imparted by the box of the all-purpose tractor (18 ), call to itself all the various extensible and refolding devices so that to reach a limited encumbrance and a compact aspect. For the operation, of the slip arm to spyglass ( 4 ), of the shaking machine ( 5 ), of the motorized trucks ( 6 ) and of every other mobile device, it is made use of the produced energy from the power hold of the oleo- hydraulicly plant. The power request for is therefore that supplied by the pump normally installed on the all-purpose tractor. The central cloth and those laterals, a completed time the harvest operation of the • fruits, with opposite operations to that of unfolding, comes re-winded respectively on the rolls ( 8 ) and ( 13 ).
The fig. 19 shows the swerve angle of the apparatus according to the present invention, it is noted that the pushed all-purpose tractor (18 ) is connected to the machine by the extensible rudder ( 19 ), and the two little front wheels ( 20 ) that can be steering .
The fig.20 and fig. 21 show the machine in two work positions, respectively in fig.20 in position lightly rise, while in fig.21 in position of maximum rise. The fig. 23, 24 and 25 show the transfer trim on road, particularly in the fig. 23 it is noted the arm (21 ) of the wheel (20 ) in the almost horizontal position in mode from makes raise the machine from the soil; in the fig. 24 the arm (21 ) has assumed a vertical position and the machine is to the maximum height from the soil.
Also the rudder (19 ) that is extensible rear sight and it is below consequently. To the transfer trim on road the pitchforks (23 ) are rotated and overturn backwards so too all the explainable components are withdrawed and positioned to occupy the encumbered minimum, so that all the set appears very compact. From when previously described and illustrated is seen that the invention reaches all proposed reasons.
All the details can be substituted according to necessity by other elements with the same technical characteristics, essentially the dimensions and shapes can be varied according to the user's requirements.
