Abstract

La tête de vanne de l'invention comprend un corps cylindrique (1) dont la paroi comporte deux orifices (3) faits en dessous du filetage (2) et permettant le passage d'un fluide. Une tige rotative (4) est installée dans la cavité du corps (1); l'extrémité inférieure de la tige interagit avec une tringle de guidage (5) sous laquelle sont disposés deux disques céramiques (6 et 7) serrés l'un contre l'autre. Le disque mobile (6) interagit avec la tringle de guidage (5), le disque (7) étant fixé à demeure. Une chemise de protection d'appui (10) en plastique est fixée dans la partie inférieure du corps (1). Un élément de scellement (11) est monté entre la tringle de guidage (5) et la paroi du corps (1). Un élément de verrouillage destiné à empêcher la tige (4) de se déplacer axialement est fait d'une pièce avec le corps (1). Un épaulement annulaire (12) est fait dans la cavité du corps (1), et la tringle de guidage (5) est placée de manière à s'appuyer contre l'épaulement annulaire (12). Une rondelle de scellement en caoutchouc (13), en contact avec le siège, est disposée dans la chemise de protection d'appui (10).
