CARRITO AUTOPROPULSADO APLICABLE COMO CARRO DE SUPERMERCADO Y SIMILARES
D E S C R I P C I Ó N
OBJETO DE LA INVENCIÓN
La presente memoria descriptiva se refiere a un carrito autopropulsado aplicable come carro de supermercado y similares, cuya finalidad estriba en configurarse como un carro convenciona. de los destinados a ser utilizados para el transporte e las mercancías, que de forma paulatina va retirando e± usuario del mismo de las estanterías que se .ncorporan en un establecimiento dedicado a la enta como supermercado o gran superficie, el cual presenta una configuración convencional en cuanto a forma y capacidad, disponiendo en la zona inferior ^ sustentado sobre el ej e de las ruedas anteriores o posteriores, un motor de fricción que en colaboración con una batería que alimenta al motor y que se conecta y desconecta mediante la maniobra de movilización del "anillar de dirección, produciendo una mov l_zacιon c autopropulsado del mismo a tenor de la actuación del motor, fijado sobre el e e unido a _as ruedas produciendo una movilización paulatina αe mismo, obviando el empuje del carro por parte del usuario.
CAMPO DE LA INVENCIÓN
Esta invención tiene su aplicacic- dentro αe ia industria dedicada a la fabricación αe /emculos autopropulsados de aplicaciones especiales, pudiendo igualmente ser utilizada por la industria deα caαa a la fabricación de mobiliario e implementos para supermercados y grandes superficies .
ANTECEDENTES DE LA INVENCIÓN
Por parte del solicitante se tiene conocimiento de la existencia en la actualidad de un gran número de carros aplicables para ser utilizados como vehículos auxiliares para el transporte de mercancías en el interior de supermercados y grandes superficies, conociendo igualmente el solicitante la utilización de carritos de estructura apropiada pero de fin similar aplicable dentro de las estaciones de ferrocarril, autobuses y aeropuertos.
El solicitante tiene conocimiento de la utilización de carritos de configuración apropiada aplicables para permitir el transporte de los bastones, bolas y elementos auxiliares durante las competiciones de golf, acompañando a los jugadores cuando se desplazan por el green, con objeto de finalizar un recorrido de por ejemplo 18 hoyos.
Estos vehículos son arrastrados αe forma general mediante la utilización de ruedas de soporte que en colaboración con una carrocería apropiada facultan al usuario para el transporte de diversos objetos y en aplicaciones particulares, tal x como pueden ser los bastones del juego del golf.
Salvo la existencia de un carrito para el transporte de bastones que cuenta con una Datena convencional, implementada con una célula fotovoltaica o panel solar, que implementan la carga continua de la batería, que se incorpora sobre el carrito con objeto de facilitar el transporte de los bastones al estar incorporada la batería en colaboración con un pequeño motor que actúa sobre las ruedas .
Sin embargo, por parte del solicitante se desconoce la existencia en la actualidad de un carrito autopropulsado aplicable como carro de supermercado y similares, que esté dotado de la condición especial de presentar un motor alimentado por energía eléctrica dimanado de una batería recargable, presentando el carrito en cuestión medios e recarga convencionales, incluso durante las etapas de reposo en los "boxer" de almacenamiento .
DESCRIPCIÓN DE LA INVENCIÓN
El carrito autopropulsado aplicable como carro de supermercado y similares que la invención propone, se configura en sí mismo como una evidente novedad dentro de su campo específico de aplicación, al reunir en su contexto una pluralidad de ventajas con relación a los carritos convencionales, así como permitiendo la recarga continuada de la batería incorporada como nexo de alimentación del motor, incluso cuando el carrito se encuentra en una etapa de reposo en el boxer de almacenamiento o recogida.
De forma más concreta, el carrito autopropulsado aplicable como carro de supermercado y similares objeto de la invención, está constituido a partir de un cuerpo constitutivo de la zona de carga del carro, configurado como un chasis, estructura c bastidor, provisto en la parte posterior αe las pertinentes patas dotadas de las ruedas, incorporanαc un manillar movilizable que presenta los pertinentes medios de recuperación a una posición determinada, en la cual el manillar presenta una posición en colaboración con unas pletinas articuladas conectadas con el motor situado en la parte inferior, concretamente en coincidencia con el eje delantero c trasero, el cual activa o desactiva la alimentación eléctrica al motor a tenor de la posición del manillar, alimentándose el motor de energía eléctrica cuando el usuario moviliza el manillar en sentido vertical descendente, desplazándose automáticamente el carrito a tenor de la actuación generada por el motor sccre el eje fijado a las ruedas.
En el momento en el cual el usuario del carrito desea efectuar la adquisición de un prcαucto, libera el manillar y éste a tenor de los muelles que implementan al mismo hasta una posición determinada generan la desconexión de al alimentación del motor, quedando el carro automáticamente parado.
Para conseguir la alimentación de la batería recargable, se ha previsto una instalación sobre la propia estructura del carro que presenta una ccr.sxiór. macho en la zona delantera y una conexión hembra en la zona posterior, consiguiendo que cuando el carro se encuentra situado en línea en el boxer, el elemento de conexión macho penetra en el elemento de conexión hembra del carro adyacente recibiendo la energía eléctrica dimanada de la conexión efectuada per un carro similar situado en el primer lugar, qu e s e encuentra conectado a un elemento de alimentación soore un muro, pared, paramento, poste, etc.
El carro adyacente se introduce por la toma de corriente macho en la toma hembra v recibe la energía del mismo punto que es recibida por este carro almacenado .

A la vista de estas figuras, puede observarse como el carrito autopropulsado aplicable como carro αe supermercado y similares (1), está constituido a partir de una estructura o cesta (2), en el interior de la

(11) en la parte opuesta, con objeto de que cuanαo el carro (1) es inmovilizado en un boxer, el elemento macho emergente de la toma (9) es introducido en una toma de corriente hembra (11) situada en el carro adyacente, o bien introducida en una toma general de corriente consiguiendo la recarga, no solamente .de la batería (7) del carro conectado, sino de toda la alineación de carros que reciben energía eléctrica para su recarga simultanea de la batería (7) a través de la interconexión (8) que comunica la toma macho (9) con la toma hembra ( 11 ) .
El manillar (3) al ser movilizacio por el usuario en sentido vertical descendente genera la movilización de las pletinas (4) y (5) pcmende en funcionamiento el motor (6), quedando sin energía el motor (6) cuando el manillar (3) al carecer de presión por parte del usuario recupera su posición de reposo, arrastrando las pletinas (4) y (5) y desconectando la energía o toma de corriente del motor (6) .
No se considera necesario hacer mas extensa esta descripción para que cualquier experto en la materia comprenda el alcance de la invención y las ventajas que de la misma se derivan.
Los materiales, forma, tamaño y disposición de los elementos serán susceptibles αe variación, siempre y cuando ello no suponga una alteración a la esencialidad del invento.
Los términos en que se ha descrito esta memoria deberán ser tomados siempre con carácter amplio y no limitativo.

R E I V I N D I C A C I O N E S
1.- Carrito autopropulsado aplicable como carro de supermercado y similares, de los constituidos a partir de una cesta (2), constitutiva de la estructura para la incorporación de mercancías, sustituible por una plataforma plana cuando se aplica para el transporte de equipajes, presentando patas αe soporte provistas de ruedas (10) y (10' ; , e incorporando en uno de los extremos situado transversalmente un material o asidero (3), caracterizado por estar dotado sobre uno de sus ejes de un motor (6) que acciona las ruedas fijadas ai eje, siendo el motor eléctrico y alimentado por una batería (7) de naturaleza recargable, la cual puede recibir la recarga de energía eléctrica de una fuente convencional, a través de un conector mache (9), presentando el motor en la zona posterior una toma o conexión hembra (11) conectada a la conexión (8), a través de la cual un carro adyacente provisto de la conexión macho (9) recibe energía eléctrica para la recarga de su batería (7) .
2.- Carrito autopropulsado aplicable como carro de supermercado y similares, según la primera reivindicación, caracterizado porque la batería (7) conectada al cable de recarga (8) y éste a su vez al conector macho (9) y a la conexión hembra (11), puede alimentar a la batería (7) a través del conector macho (9) al conectarse e introducirse este conector macho (9) en una toma de corriente convencional conectada con la red eléctrica .
