本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的不足, 提供一种能在物体 表面, 尤其是在建筑物或其构件表面, 形成厚度薄而且高效隔热 防水的耐磨涂膜, 该涂膜抗裂性强, 耐候性能好; 提供该涂膜使 用的隔热防水涂料, 该涂料具有高耐寒、 抗高温、 高硬度等性能, 且成本低、 寿命长、 效果好。 本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案来实现的。 根据本发明的一种隔热防水涂料, 它包括粘合剂、 改性剂, 其 特征在于它还含有灰钙粉、 搪瓷钛白粉和方解石粉, 各组分(重量 % )如下:
灰钙粉 10-17
搪瓷钛白粉 3.5-4.5
方解石粉 6-8

改性聚乙烯醇胶粘剂 48-55
白乳胶 3.5-4.5
苯丙乳液 2.5-3.5。 所述的粘合剂中还含有占涂料总重量百分比为 0.75-0.85 的 渗透剂。 本发明提供了由隔热防水涂料涂抹而成的涂膜, 其特征在于 该涂膜的厚度为 0.8毫米至 10毫米。 所述的涂膜的最佳厚度为 0.8毫米至 1.2毫米。 在本发明的涂料组合物中, 灰钙粉, 即熟石灰, 化学分子式:
Ca(OH)2, 是涂料的核心组分, 将三种组分混合均 , 在改性剂 和粘合剂的参与下, 制出具有高效隔热、 长效防水的涂料, 该涂 料涂抹后, 在涂膜成形固化的过程中, 灰钙粉和大气中的二氧化 碳作用, 形成涂膜的高硬度碳酸钙骨架。 所述涂膜具有强的隔热 作用, 同时具有防水作用。 其防水作用不仅体现在一般涂膜的防 水性上, 而且由于其高性能的隔热作用而大大减少了被覆盖物的 热胀冷缩, 从而避免了这种热胀冷缩对涂膜的撕裂作用, 有效地 增强了膜的防水寿命。 在涂料中加入中国专利 (专利号:
ZL91 104534.1 )公开的隔热镇水粉, 可增强涂料的隔热防水效果。 所述粘合剂中, 白乳胶具有将灰钙粉、 搪瓷钛白粉、 方解石 粉粘合成形的良好适应性; 苯丙乳液是具有增强涂膜抗寒作用的 粘合剂, 渗透剂起到将涂料成分之间相互融合的作用; 所述改性 剂中, 石英石粉能提高涂膜成形后的硬度, 配合灰钙粉, 增强涂 膜的耐磨性能; 改性膨润土的性能是在从涂抹涂膜开始到涂膜成 形、 固化的过程中, 保持各组分能均勾地悬浮在搅拌、 充分混合 时的位置上; 沉淀硫酸钡粉的作用是改善涂料在涂膜的涂抹操作 中的流动性, 使操作容易, 并且保证涂抹质量; 尿素的作用是改 善涂膜在高温下的防裂性能并有增强防水的作用; 六偏磷酸钠的 作用是在涂料调制过程中对各成分之间起分散作用, 有利于涂料 在成膜过程中各组分的均勾分布; 磷酸三丁酯是消泡剂, 用于涂 料制造中搅拌工序的后期, 起消除涂料中的气泡作用; 成膜剂: 乙二醇, 丙二醇在涂料的使用中起重要的成膜作用。 防霉剂可以 为本领域中常用的那些, 例如 FF-01型防腐剂。 本发明的涂料所形成的涂膜的厚度可以薄于 1厘米而厚于 0.8 毫米。 薄于 0.8 毫米则难以保证高的隔热性能, 在多层 (一层固 定, 再涂抹一层) 情况下, 厚度不必超过 1 厘米, 否则效果既无 大的改进, 又浪费了材料。 本发明的涂料的涂膜的厚度以 0.8至 1.2毫米为适当。 本发明由于采用了在涂料中加入灰钙粉和搪瓷钛白粉、 方解 石粉相互配合, 以灰钙粉为核心的组成, 而制出了具有高效隔热、 长效防水的涂料; 隔热镇水粉的加入有效地增强了上述的隔热防 水效果; 在添加了本发明的其他成分之后, 就形成了具有明显隔 热、 防水作用又有良好的耐候性的, 厚度薄而且耐磨性能好的涂 料。 这种涂料不仅具有通用性, 可以用于例如: 管道外壁涂膜, 各种器皿的外壁涂膜等, 而且, 本发明的涂料在建筑领域还具有 特殊的使用价值, 尤其是用于建筑物顶部屋顶或平台。 由于涂料 特殊的隔热性能, 在建筑物外表涂了它, 可以大大减轻太阳的幅 射热, 不仅使经涂膜的房屋内比未涂膜的房屋在烈日下有明显清 凉感, 而且, 大大减轻了被覆盖下的建筑物的热胀冷缩效应, 既 有利于建筑物寿命的延长, 又有利于涂膜防水寿命的延长。 本发明采用的上述材料均为较便宜的常用材料, 制造工艺简 单, 涂膜厚度薄而效率高, 节省材料, 是一种成本低、 效果好、 寿命长的隔热、 防水涂料。 本发明最佳实施方式
一种隔热防水涂料, 各组分如下: (单位: 公斤, 总量: 100 公斤)
灰钙粉(熟石灰) 130
搪瓷钛白粉 40
方解石粉 70
神珠牌隔热镇水粉 50
成膜剂: 乙二醇 6, 丙二醇 6。 粘合剂: 改性聚乙烯醇胶粘剂 (硼砂 20克, 明矾 10公斤, 聚乙烯醇 30公斤, 其余为水) 500, 白乳胶 40, 苯丙乳液 30, 粘合剂还可以含有渗透剂 (浙江临杭助剂厂生产的 JFC渗透剂) 8。 改性剂组分: 尿素 5, 荧光增白剂 0.5, 防霉剂 (FF-01型防 腐剂) 0.5, 六偏磷酸钠 2, 石英石粉(也可以用常用的重晶石粉) 50, 沉淀硫酸钡粉 30, 改性膨润土 20, 磷酸三丁酯 12。 涂料的生产方法按如下顺序:
( 1 ) 将硼砂 20克, 明矾 10千克, 聚乙烯醇 35千克, 及水 共 500千克放入高温反应釜中反应生成改性聚乙烯醇胶粘剂;
(2) 将改性聚乙烯醇胶粘剂放入搅拌机中, 再放入乙二醇, 丙二醇, 白乳胶, 苯丙乳液, 渗透剂 (浙江临杭助剂厂生产, 型 号: JFC 渗透剂) , 尿素, 荧光增白剂, 防霉剂 (FF-01 型防腐 剂) , 六偏磷酸钠, 搅拌 15分钟;
再放入石英石粉(也可以用常用的重晶石粉) , 沉淀硫酸钡 粉, 改性膨润土, 磷酸三丁酯, 灰钙粉(熟石灰) , 搪瓷钛白粉, 方解石粉, 神珠牌隔热镇水粉, 搅拌 1小时;
(3) 将上述材料放入研磨机中研磨;
(4) 将经研磨的材料放入过滤器中过滤;
(5) 将产品分装、 包装。 将上述隔热防水涂料涂抹在建筑物的外表面及平台上, 涂膜 的厚度为 0.8-1.2毫米。

7. 根据权利要求 6所述的涂料, 其特征在于所述的粘合剂中 还含有重量百分比 (重量%) 为 0.75-0.85的渗透剂。
8. 一种隔热防水涂料的涂膜, 其特征在于所述涂膜由权利要 求 1-6任一隔热防水涂料涂抹而成, 该涂膜的厚度为 0.8 毫米至 10毫米。
9. 根据权利要求 7所述的涂膜, 其特征在于所述的涂膜的厚 度为 0.8毫米至 1.2毫米。
