本发明提供一种内墙装饰用仿瓷涂料及其制备方法,该涂料以质量份计含有以下成分:聚乙烯醇6~11.4份,脲醛树脂2.4~6份,尿素0.2~0.4份,三氧化二铬0.2~0.4份,灰钙粉70~85份,膨润土10~18份,双飞粉10~18份,钛白粉0.25~0.4份,方解石粉3~8份,荧光增白剂0.14~0.3份,氧化亚铜0.021~0.039份,苯甲酸钠0.21~0.39份,壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚0.45~0.75份,磷酸三丁酯0.045~0.075份,过硫酸钾0.05~0.2份,水160~182份。本发明提供的涂料的涂层平整光亮,防腐防霉性能高,防水性能高,抗老化性能好,耐洗刷次数多。

技术领域
本发明涉及涂料领域,尤其涉及一种内墙装饰用仿瓷涂料及其制备方法。
背景技术
内墙涂料主要用于保护内墙,并且起到美化和装饰内墙的作用。随着生活质量的提高,人们对内墙涂料的要求也越来越高。但是,现有的内墙涂料的防霉防腐效果差,受潮后容易发霉,影响装饰效果。同时,现有的涂料不具有陶瓷质感,因此其装饰效果不理想。涂料的耐擦洗次数也有限。
发明内容
解决的技术问题:针对现有内墙涂料存在的缺点,本发明提供一种内墙装饰用仿瓷涂料及其制备方法。
技术方案:一种内墙装饰用仿瓷涂料,以质量份计含有以下成分:聚乙烯醇6~11.4份,脲醛树脂2.4~6份,尿素0.2~0.4份,三氧化二铬0.2~0.4份,灰钙粉70~85份,膨润土10~18份,双飞粉10~18份,钛白粉0.25~0.4份,方解石粉3~8份,荧光增白剂0.14~0.3份,氧化亚铜0.021~0.039份,苯甲酸钠0.21~0.39份,壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚0.45~0.75份,磷酸三丁酯0.045~0.075份,过硫酸钾0.05~0.2份,水160~182份。
上述所述的一种内墙装饰用仿瓷涂料,以质量份计含有以下成分:聚乙烯醇9份,脲醛树脂4.2份,尿素0.3份,三氧化二铬0.3份,灰钙粉78份,膨润土14份,双飞粉14份,钛白粉0.32份,方解石粉5.5份,荧光增白剂0.22份,氧化亚铜0.03份,苯甲酸钠0.3份,壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚0.6份,磷酸三丁酯0.06份,过硫酸钾0.12份,水170份。
上述所述的一种内墙装饰用仿瓷涂料的制备步骤如下:在反应釜中加入水、壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚、灰钙粉、膨润土、双飞粉、钛白粉、荧光增白剂和方解石粉,搅拌分散均匀,再用研磨机研磨至细度≤80μm,得到混合料;在另一反应釜中加入聚乙烯醇、脲醛树脂、尿素,在温度为80~90℃下混合均匀,再加入三氧化二铬,在温度为40~50℃下搅拌1h,然后加入混合料、氧化亚铜、苯甲酸钠、磷酸三丁酯和过硫酸钾,搅拌混合均匀即得成品。
有益效果:本发明提供的一种内墙装饰用仿瓷涂料及其制备方法,该涂料的涂层平整光亮,防腐防霉性能高,防水性能高,抗老化性能好,耐洗刷次数多,对内墙具有很好的装饰和保护作用。
具体实施方式
实施例1
本实施例提供一种内墙装饰用仿瓷涂料,以质量份计含有以下成分:聚乙烯醇6份,脲醛树脂2.4份,尿素0.2份,三氧化二铬0.2份,灰钙粉70份,膨润土10份,双飞粉10份,钛白粉0.25份,方解石粉3份,荧光增白剂0.14份,氧化亚铜0.021份,苯甲酸钠0.21份,壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚0.45份,磷酸三丁酯0.045份,过硫酸钾0.05份,水160份。
一种内墙装饰用仿瓷涂料的制备步骤如下:在反应釜中加入水、壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚、灰钙粉、膨润土、双飞粉、钛白粉、荧光增白剂和方解石粉,搅拌分散均匀,再用研磨机研磨至细度≤80μm,得到混合料;在另一反应釜中加入聚乙烯醇、脲醛树脂、尿素,在温度为80℃下混合均匀,再加入三氧化二铬,在温度为40℃下搅拌1h,然后加入混合料、氧化亚铜、苯甲酸钠、磷酸三丁酯和过硫酸钾,搅拌混合均匀即得成品。
本实施例提供的涂料对内墙具有很好的白虎和装饰作用,涂层平整光亮,耐洗刷920次,使用9年不会发霉,防水和抗老化性能好。

本实施例提供一种内墙装饰用仿瓷涂料,以质量份计含有以下成分:聚乙烯醇11.4份,脲醛树脂6份,尿素0.4份,三氧化二铬0.4份,灰钙粉85份,膨润土18份,双飞粉18份,钛白粉0.4份,方解石粉8份,荧光增白剂0.3份,氧化亚铜0.039份,苯甲酸钠0.39份,壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚0.75份,磷酸三丁酯0.075份,过硫酸钾0.2份,水182份。
一种内墙装饰用仿瓷涂料的制备步骤如下:在反应釜中加入水、壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚、灰钙粉、膨润土、双飞粉、钛白粉、荧光增白剂和方解石粉,搅拌分散均匀,再用研磨机研磨至细度≤80μm,得到混合料;在另一反应釜中加入聚乙烯醇、脲醛树脂、尿素,在温度为90℃下混合均匀,再加入三氧化二铬,在温度为50℃下搅拌1h,然后加入混合料、氧化亚铜、苯甲酸钠、磷酸三丁酯和过硫酸钾,搅拌混合均匀即得成品。
本实施例提供的涂料对内墙具有很好的白虎和装饰作用,涂层平整光亮,耐洗刷960次,使用9年不会发霉,防水和抗老化性能好。

本实施例提供一种内墙装饰用仿瓷涂料,以质量份计含有以下成分:聚乙烯醇9份,脲醛树脂4.2份,尿素0.3份,三氧化二铬0.3份,灰钙粉78份,膨润土14份,双飞粉14份,钛白粉0.32份,方解石粉5.5份,荧光增白剂0.22份,氧化亚铜0.03份,苯甲酸钠0.3份,壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚0.6份,磷酸三丁酯0.06份,过硫酸钾0.12份,水170份。
一种内墙装饰用仿瓷涂料的制备步骤如下:在反应釜中加入水、壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚、灰钙粉、膨润土、双飞粉、钛白粉、荧光增白剂和方解石粉,搅拌分散均匀,再用研磨机研磨至细度≤80μm,得到混合料;在另一反应釜中加入聚乙烯醇、脲醛树脂、尿素,在温度为80℃下混合均匀,再加入三氧化二铬,在温度为40℃下搅拌1h,然后加入混合料、氧化亚铜、苯甲酸钠、磷酸三丁酯和过硫酸钾,搅拌混合均匀即得成品。
本实施例提供的涂料对内墙具有很好的白虎和装饰作用,涂层平整光亮,耐洗刷1000次,使用10年不会发霉,防水和抗老化性能好。

1.一种内墙装饰用仿瓷涂料,其特征在于以质量份计含有以下成分:聚乙烯醇6~11.4份,脲醛树脂2.4~6份,尿素0.2~0.4份,三氧化二铬0.2~0.4份,灰钙粉70~85份,膨润土10~18份,双飞粉10~18份,钛白粉0.25~0.4份,方解石粉3~8份,荧光增白剂0.14~0.3份,氧化亚铜0.021~0.039份,苯甲酸钠0.21~0.39份,壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚0.45~0.75份,磷酸三丁酯0.045~0.075份,过硫酸钾0.05~0.2份,水160~182份。

3.如权利要求1所述的一种内墙装饰用仿瓷涂料的制备方法,其特征在于该方法的制备步骤如下:在反应釜中加入水、壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚、灰钙粉、膨润土、双飞粉、钛白粉、荧光增白剂和方解石粉,搅拌分散均匀,再用研磨机研磨至细度≤80μm,得到混合料;在另一反应釜中加入聚乙烯醇、脲醛树脂、尿素,在温度为80~90℃下混合均匀,再加入三氧化二铬,在温度为40~50℃下搅拌1h,然后加入混合料、氧化亚铜、苯甲酸钠、磷酸三丁酯和过硫酸钾,搅拌混合均匀即得成品。
